Super nice place and we sure gonna be back

Good place to stay in general but the king bed was not a king bed and had a odd shape, very large but to short for a average man. Night table light beside the bed had the worst glacial light bulb i have ever seen, like a blue low beam on a car. This room is the first one at the building entrance door, so its noisy sometimes.

We were very pleasantly surprised at how awesome this place was. Looks and feels like a brand new place. It had a fully equipped kitchen. The bed with very comfortable. The bedroom had really cute lamps shaped like lanterns. The living room was just perfect. Wifi and TV worked perfectly as expected. And the price was amazing. The low price and the great photos was what made us a little suspicious of the place at first. I'm glad we were not disappointed.
The check-in process was a little strange because even though we had booked this place through hotels.com and had paid in full before we arrived, we were not let into the building until they had another credit card on file for extra charges. It was annoying that I was made to stand out in the cold in the street and give my credit card number loudly over an intercom to the other person before being let into the building (not the actual apartment).
The location is great - right across from the Museum of Civilization and right in the heart of Old Quebec. Very walkable to lots of touristy places. Lots of great restaurants within a stone's throw. The only caveat was that there were no grocery places close by. So, even though there was a full kitchen we couldn't really make use of anything because there was nothing to cook. Since it had a full kitchen, I don't see why they couldn't keep a tin of coffee powder so that we could make coffee in the morning. That would have been very nice. Something to improve upon.

Once you get over the fact that no one will greet you, this story is nice. The mini apartments are not very homey- no rugs or throw pillows, etc. but, lots of room and great location.

Perfect in every way

Apartment was very clean and spacious. Close to shopping and restaurants. Parking was about a block away. The apartment needed a few things that I have seen at every other place that I have stayed: there were no paper towels or sponges to wipe up counters or table, or even wipe your hands when eating. We were only there 1 night, so didn't plan on going to a store for these things.
Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Perfect spot for a long weekend visit to the German Christmas market.

Friendly service. Location is excellent. Price is reasonable. Comfortable and clean 3 bedroom apartment was great.

Really clean room, with lots of natural light. Great choice of amenities and close to everywhere we wanted to go (Petit Champlain, Old Quebec, etc.). However, the rooms were really echo and you could easily hear people in the hallway/their rooms. And since our bed was next to the hallway, it was hard to ignore anyone coming in at late hours.

Lovely loft for a friends’ trip!

Just amazing! Love that you have an entire kitchen to cook in a meal and also free laundry access in each floor. Super easy to check in and out. The virtual support team was able to immediately answer all of my questions too 😊

I have stayed here a couple of times. Overall it is pretty valuable.
I hope here could be more mirrors outside of the bathroom. And curtains for the living room window

Very clean and nice location

The loft was great. Clean rooms and nice bathroom. The unit needs more handing space for clothes. And more hangers. Needs some hooks in bedrooms. The way the bed lines up with the bedframe is not a good match. We kept on hitting our shins into the side of the corner of the bed.
Simple condiments would work best too. Like sugar.

The suite was beautiful , clean and well kept . You felt like you were at home with all the amenities you would need . Having a washer and dryer in the hallways on each floor was soo handy and very much appreciated. The only
Communication was through an email informing you the instructions to your room .
Situated a little on the far end of old Quebec it was still convenient. We Felt safe and it was quiet. Would most definitely go there again and highly recommend it . Thank you for an awesome stay .

The location is excellent, right across the street from the Musee de la civilasion and very near the port. The apartment was lovely, very clean, lots of space and very quiet. We had a small miscommunication regarding the WiFi pass code but was resolved via email within a short while.

Overall staying here was a great experience, and everyone I spoke to about my booking was very friendly and accommodating.
My only complaint is the bed. The mattress was fine, but it did not cover the frame, and the frame (which I call a frame but was really just a big wooden box) took up a lot of room, especially near the bathroom door. The frame also had pointy corners and sharp edges, so my wife and I had bruises and cuts all over our shins by the end of our stay. I don't like to complain, but I only bring it up because otherwise the place was pretty perfect for us.

The property was in a great location and and in a good condition. My one complaint is the virtual check in which is complicated when you have limited internet connection and are travelling out with your home country.

This was an amazing place to stay. It's just a bit difficult at the check-in process as they communicate via email for the virtual check-in. This can be difficult for those of us who come from out of the country and don't have wifi while standing on the street corner. You cannot get you check-in code until 2 pm.

We stayed here for a few days prior to our cruise departing from Quebec. It was walkable to the terminal and to all of Old Quebec. Dining and sites were all close, all walkable. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, an excellent stay. Only issues: codes for entrance door and apartment, but apartment door was difficult to open at times. Beds have protruding edges which were difficult to avoid. - earned me several bruises over the weekend. That said, I would use this company again. Perfectly placed in Quebec City

Spacious and very clean but not enough storage and coat rack in the room. No coffee or tea is provided for coffee maker

Wish you could fix the door so that we can get in easier. Also, need to give us access code earlier .
Or make sure you have everything you need from us and not wait til the last minutes to ask us for a credit card number for room deposit !

Great space near the cruise port and he delights of the old city.

The units were gorgeous. They are so well designed. We do wish they would have had a pitcher in the unit.
We were just a block away from cafe's and shops very near. It is a perfect spot for exploring Quebec City.

Good points: right in Old Quebec, spacious, quiet and even close to the cruise terminal, quick responses to queries over the phone
Not so good pants: Decor a bit too crude, living room didn't even have shades, parking was several minutes away on foot though close enough

Beautiful hotel! This place is so spacious and stunning! We wished we could have stayed longer. The exposed brick was very nice. There is a terrace that you can access and we were excited to be surprised with fireworks at a summer festival. We could even see the fireworks from our floor. The rest of the view from the windows was okay. It would be nice to add some chairs and tables up there. The main living room does not have any curtains or blinds though.
The property has no concierge present, so when we asked to check-in earlier, they said it was not possible but we could drop off our luggage at a location much further away. This was quite inconvenient. We were lucky to be able to get the access code earlier on because of this, but the main email with the access code was sent by the company very late in the evening. Along with this, we received an email that said we needed to provide a credit card if we wanted the access code. We called and this was all dealt with, but again, it was inconvenient.
The hotel itself is in a beautiful location and is walking distance away from chateau frontenac, beautiful scenery, shops, etc. It seems like a newly renovated hotel which is a plus, but there are still some things to work on in terms of communication. Would definitely stay here again if there were upgrades to being able to easily access the hotel!

Fantastic location!! Very clean, easy access. Staff was very helpful. The bed frames in the room are large and sharp, be careful.

Great location and plenty of space. We really enjoyed our stay here. The communication from the company is fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

The property looks new renovated. The furniture and household equipment are in good condition. However parking facility are limited and difficult to find a parking.

Great location. I didn't like the communication with Expedia and hotel, especially the check-in process. The most impersonal process. Waiting for an email for access codes at 2 pm which didnt arrive till 5. And waa asked to bring heavy luggage at an address when you've never been to Quebec city. At least someone happened to be at the property to help. Didn't appreciate the check in. Otherwise the property was fine. And accommodated us with a fan since the AC wasn't reaching the bedroom to cool off. I'd stay there again, but not with the fuss of check in.

Poor communication. No reply to my question prior to trip. Last minute issues with deposit before they would give access code. No one on site to deal with a loud party in a unit on our floor until 2:30am. Our loft had no curtains or shades.
Easy access to cruise pier.

The good things about this place was it was new. The not so good was when we arrived we could not get into our suite. We had the code but the door didn’t open. We called the contact number and was told to shake the door, then it would open. Once inside we discovered there was no coffee for the morning, we had no extra toilet paper and there was no cable hook up for the TV (so no TV). Thank goodness I have Netflix so I could register it on the TV otherwise we would have being staring at a blank wall. The day we were leaving we had a bus tour so left our luggage in the room contacted them because we were going to be 15 minutes late for our check out and they would not accommodate us. Not impressed!
