A disponibilidade a 100% do senhor. Fizemos um pedido para entrar mais cedo no qual foi respondido rapidamente e a senhora da limpeza preparou o apartamento para nós. A localização é excelente, no coração do porto … perto de tudo! A cozinha estava bem equipada apesar de não ter talheres. Os equipamentos estavam bons. o AC funcionava perfeitamente tal como o chuveiro.
A porta estava um pouco danificada por dentro, tal como uma parte do chão. A coberta azul e as almofadas decorativas estavam um pouco sujas, mas não me incomodou pois a cama estava impecável e limpa. Apenas esses elementos decorativos estavam mais sujos.

The location is good
Our bathroom shower is not good, the water is coming very slowly. We spend most of the time in the room's shower. We sent an email to Booking.com& the apartment people every day, but no one response.
