Amazing apartment in Bodrum

The apartment was in a really good location, the apartment was huge and clean. It had everything needed. We only stayed one night but if we had more days in Bodrum for sure we would stay longer. It’s 1 minute walking from the seaside and all the restaurants and bar. Really nice place. Also even tho is self check in the host was really helpful and friendly.

Апартаменты расположены метрах в 70 от набережной, в глубине запутанных переулков. Хозяин предоставил очень подробную инструкцию по заезду с видео, по которой мы легко нашли отель. Без инструкции найти было бы сложно. Набережная пешеходная, так что из такси приходится выходить метров за 300 до апартаментов, с большим количеством багажа будет тяжело. Мы были налегке и это не было проблемой. Апартаменты просторные, удобная кровать, качественная техника, хорошее освещение, в каждой комнате кондиционер. Ванная комната достаточно удобная только полочек маловато. На всех окнах москитные сетки. Солнце в номер заглядывает часа на 2 в день. Мы были в марте и при +18 на улице в номере было прохладно, приходилось отапливаться. Думаю номер хорош для лета, в жару будет прохладно. Набережная возле отеля хороша для прогулок, отличные виды и чудесный закат. Метрах в 500 есть пляж из мелкой гальки. На мой взгляд пляж среднего качества. Хозяин был на связи в Whatsapp, отзывался очень быстро. При отъезде брал трансфер в аэропорт от отеля за 40 евро, трансфер был отличный.

Конкретно в нашем номере было шумновато. Номер выходит на внешнюю сторону отеля, в переулок и к общей входной двери отеля. Были слышны звуки двери, а также в переулке проходил ремонт соседнего здания и шумели строители. Думаю в других номерах этой проблемы нет.

A Clean and pleasant apartment to stay in the heart of Bodrum.

I have been in bodrum many times, but almost always in the summers. This time however, I had a chance to see in December. The weather was beyond my expectations. It was very warm and pleasant, so much so I was able to swim. The property is at the heart of central Bodrum. If you like to walk by the see, or go to a restaurant or cafe shop, they are all around. So the location was good. We were given an upgrade due to low season, which was pleasant and though we haven't seen any of the personnel in person, we received regular text messages checking on us if everything is okay. The property was clean and large with a huge terrace and balcony facing the beach and he castle.

We spot on three things, two of which are suggestions for improvement. We arrived late in the night, the property clean and ready, but I think it would have been a nice complement to put two bottles of cold water there. This is now a very much a common practice. Although this is not a hotel, it would be a nice thing to do. Second, I think there is a funny smell comes from the bathroom sometimes and the shower is not fantastic. I suspect the smell is a lot to do with the wind coming from the sea, and it may be difficult to fix, but shower could be fixed. Finally, even though location is awesome, it is a challenge to stay there in the summer. Our last night was a Friday, and there was a laud music coming from the beach (only a couple of hundred meters away) and they were on until 3am. Also, because we stayed in the large apartment at the roof, it gets hot very quickly even in this season. I can't imagine staying there in July or August.

Bodrum było miastem wypadowym na Kos, musimy tam wrócić.

Apartament pieknie urzadzony, przestronny, bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony. Posiada trzy ogromne tarasy az nie wiadomo ktory wybrac:) Przepiekny widok na wybrzeże i panorame Bodrum. Niestety bylismy tam tylko jedna noc i nie skorzystalismy z tych udogodnień zbyt długo:).

Jest w centrum Bodrum i okna ma zwrócone na wybrzeze i cala strefe rozrywki, wiec nie jest to cichy apartament. ;) Na ostatnim pietrze nie ma swiatla w holu. Kibelek jest krzywo powieszony i stoi na pustaku (wg nas nie jest to jakis szczególny mankamet, ale łatwo mozna to poprawic, aby było na 100%;))

Overall it was good stay. The place is not ideal but it is in good location.

Location is very good - you are in downtown and close to the Beach and restaurants.

it was inconvenient to get to the property with car. They have several barriers that have to be opened in order to drive through. Also the landlord lady became frustrated because I asked her to help me with exit and entrance. The person who was in charge of opening and letting me through asked me to pay him extra - that was unexpected.

spacious comfy clean

we were on a road trip in Türkiye and we booked this stay for an night. We announced our arrival around 1 am and they gave us another number to call when we arrive. After our arrival we called the number and the didn’t pick up. we tried all number at our disposal to no avail. Thank goodness there was a informed neighbor who called the father company and they sent someone. we arrived at 1 am and entered the room at 3 am. this was outrageous

Perfect place for holidays with friends

Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, was enough for a group of 6 friends. Everything you need is already inside. Nice and clean rooms and great location. We had a good discount, so this apartment was absolutely brilliant on price vs quality. Like 5 minutes to the sea and tekkel market. Migros is in 12 mins. Restaurants and bars in 10 mins

It's not easy to find a parking place so plan your time

I liked the place of residence, the person in charge of the apartment is very cooperative and kind with us, as well as the cleanliness of the apartment and the distance of the apartment from the center, very close to all services and the beach.

Very good

The position and friendliness of the host was perfect, also the room was clean, just outside the night life of Bodrum

What is wrong is the water heater or something like that that screamed and made a creepy sound. The announce did say that you have a private beach but we haven’t heard nor seen anything like that. Parking was not that easy, I suggest paying for the otopark that anyway is pretty cheap and close enough.

Everything was amazing for the cost. Great value, plenty is space, nice cold AC. Staff was amazing. Arranged for taxi, handled luggage, super helpful and kind.

I personally liked everything about the stay and it was so close to the street where all the beautiful nightlife and restaurants are. The furniture and bed are firm so if you are seeking super soft that might be your only challenge.

Exceptional

Every year we go to Bodrum and this year me and my husband found the best place to stay in Bodrum. Location was fantastic, just 1 minute walk and you are on the beach and street of Bar’s. The house is fully equipped and you have everything you might need and also it was super clean. If you are looking for home comfort for your holiday, I definetely recommend Bdrumhomes.

Perfect Stay

We were not sure what to expect since its a new property. However everything was perfect. The apartment is new. Every furniture is spotless and useful. It is literally a home. The location is perfect aswell. I can safely recomment who is looking for a quality property in Bodrum.
