While everything was clean and the hotel is super cute itself, the room had a weird smell to it. We had other family staying at the same hotel with us and there room also smelled the same way. The breakfast is what made me put three stars. The lady doing breakfast was rude and not friendly whatsoever. The only good thing we’re the pancakes and bagels. You had to toast your stuff two or three times to get your bagel toasted. I was expecting a better breakfast from a better hotel.

Just okay. Issues with with cleanliness of a few items in the room. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING! The shower head was horrible and there wasn't a microwave. I did like the selection of channels on the tv. This hotel is a step above a motel and not for someone who likes a "more luxurious" stay.

The hotel is good and modern. I like the colors inside and out. Comfortable and modern style. Breakfast is good and coffee is available all the time which is amazing! The best part was the service (specially a front desk gentleman named Sterling). Sterling was very professional, curious and attentive to my needs. His customer service skills were definitely a cherry on top. Next time I’m back in the area I will be booking this hotel again.

I've watch this particular hotel being built from the beginning as I live a few blocks away. I love the vibrant colors and always vowed to stay. It didnt disappoint. Very beautiful hotel. I will definitely stay again.

Three things I expect from a hotel room. First, it should be clean. This hotel was clean. Second, I expect to be able to sleep. This didn't go so well: there are annoying lights all over this room... Bathroom lights, red lights on lamps and TV's, lights from the hallway, a clock that was so bright you could still see it after I put a towel over it... And it was stuck to the table so I couldn't move it. Some you can unplug, but some you can't. And then there's the shower. It dripped nonstop... Drip...drip...drip all night long. Finally, I expect to get what I paid for. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff did not keep the area stocked. At 8:30 everything was empty, even the juice dispensers. Disappointing, especially when, at 9:00, hotel staff showed up wanting pancakes so THEN they started refilling things.

Came down for the weekend, the place was simple, modern and inviting! Spent one evening in the lobby playing card games for a few hours. Plenty of seating area and they even had a couple of foosball tables. Wish it was warm enough to enjoy the outdoor patio seating but it looks like we'll just have to come back this summer! We noticed on a safety aspect of things that there were not only exit signs on the ceiling level of the wall, but also the lower area of the wall in each hallway. I'm sure it's not the only hotel in the area with these but it is the first one ever we've seen these at. Being firefighters, we give kudos to this hotel for keeping safety of the guests in mind! The room was small but it was fine for the two of us. No microwave (the lobby one was of 24/7 access) but there was a fridge. There wasn't a closet in our room but there were hooks and also a rod with hangers. The king bed was comfortable and the shower was hot! Love the complimentary soaps and shampoo/conditioner. They smelled SO good. The only downfall in our opinion was that our room door didn't quite latch unless we forced it shut, whether that was due to it being heavy or if something was mechanically wrong. The deadbolt didn't seem to be matching up with the hole in the door jamb but the secondary lock up higher worked just fine. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we will be back!

The young man who checked us in made us feel welcome. He was chatty and sweet. Said Canadians are his favourite lol. I believe his name was Preston. Give him a raise! 😉. The only thing was I didn’t find the mattress very comfortable. But clean, safe, and the breakfast was good.
