No heat. Bed on a metal
Platform that made noise loudly whenever you moved.

We found this place to be a perfect break on our drive from SF to LA. The view of Morro Rock from our window was awesome. Rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff were friendly. My family had a great time here.

The location was nice & I was able to park my bike under some cover from the rain.
Nothing, it was just fine

location is close enough to main street
the carpets are dirty, bed sags, and you can hear the road traffic noise, noise from the other rooms/bathroom noises, in general any noise, so if you are a light sleeper, this place isn't for you.

Niente. Soggiorno molto piacevole.

I booked last minute Sun morning and was able to check in at 11 a.m. where most hotels make you wait until 3 or 4:00 checkin. Clean room. Comfy bed and TV with many channels. View of Morro Rock from my window.
Lighting in stairwell could be brighter

Exceptional staff! We arrived on the property early and they let us check in early free of charge!
More amenities would be needed like in-site breakfast!

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure too. We had both a mini fridge and microwave in our room along with the iron/ironing board, flat screen tv, table and chairs for two and a king sized bed. Check out was easy and we got a nice surprise when we checked out from the owner. Very sweet, thanks!
The parking is a little tight but there’s plenty of spaces and it really can’t be helped. Besides it doesn’t cost extra; it’s included in the price

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was within walking distance of the Embarcadero and Carla's Country Kitchen.
Very minor - one of the two lamps by the bed was not working.

This was a cute small hotel a short walk to downtown and the waterfront. The best deal in town. Well designed attractive room with art on the wall. Nice to have a refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. The owner told me about their Discount plan, where to get the best price for gas and where the farmers market was located. Would definitely stay here again on my trips between SF and LA.

Centrally located in Morro Bay, The Morro Bay Beach Inn is right in the heart of this lovely community. Both the downtown and bay are just a short walk away. There's great food and shops nearby, with wonderful cuisine and an abundance of handcrafted items by local artisans.
I personally like the central coast in the fall and winter months when there's not so much traffic as in the summer.
Great place to stay.
Wonderful, courteous staff.
Not much, tbh. Great way to end a vacation.
