This home is located a short five-minute golf cart ride from the world-class Montage Inn and Octagon restaurant, or 15-minute golf cart ride from Moreland Village. Moreland Village features Cole's restaurant, bowling alley and game room, large marsh-front pool and fitness center, and the famous five-story tree house in Moreland Landing – don't miss the view from the top! Brand New Six passenger golf cart included POOL & FITNESS ACCESS NOW AVAILABLE - As of June 16th, 2023 guests have optional access to the Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability. ***Black out dates for Pool/Fitness Center/Canoe Club Restaurant and Cole's Restaurant Access are as follows - May 24th - May 27th for Memorial Day, - June 29th - July 7th for 4th of July, September 30th - October 2nd Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving Week and Christmas/NYE week (dates TBD). The house was exactly as advertised and the location could not be more convenient! We walked to lunch, dinner and shopping. The house was perfectly appointed and so comfortable for 6 adults. We will definitely be back soon!

Perfect location, extremely well-equipped (kitchen tools, etc.), very clean - easy living! Management very responsive - had WiFi router repaired same day when it was not working properly. A+ all around.

We come to the Bluff quite often and have always had a great experience..once inside the gates, it is truly beautiful The house easily accomodated 7 adults and the location was perfect to walk in and out of Wilson Village and the Montage I hope the VRBO owners can effectivley settle the amenity situation with the new owners as long term I think having access to all the amenities including golf is the best outcome for all involved Thanks for a super concierge service as well.... This was our second year staying at this property because we loved it so much last year! Ellen was very quick to respond to questions or to assist with bookings. The home is perfectly clean and as gorgeous as the pictures…also perfectly located. We woke up most mornings to take a short walk over to paddle board and see dolphins. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our family girls trip had 6 ladies from ages 40 to 80. Everyone found plenty to do at Palmetto Bluff. The walking is always a pleasure, RT’s market is great. We enjoyed the Canoe Club restaurant, pool and fitness center. We went to Bluffton one day to shop and enjoyed the lovely downtown and dinner at the Farm. Highly recommend the Farm. The home was spacious and in a fantastic location. It’s a great use of space. The 4 by Ickes included was an awesome bonus. Thanks, Ellen and crew for a wonderful get away! We do hope to return to Palmetto Bluff.

Great house, great location, great service! This house fit all the needs of our two families (with 4 kids ages 5-9) The large room upstairs was a great playroom for the kids! The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to have a lovely dinner at home with dinning on the porch. The free bikes at the house were a very nice addition and in great condition. House is very close to all the amenities and waterfront. Ellen did an amazing job coordinating all our dinner and activity reservations. Would definitely recommend or stay here again!

From the check in to the departure, everything was perfect. The house is very well laid out and suited our family of six wonderfully. We had excellent communication with the property managers and the entire process was seamless. I would highly recommend this property for it's charm and great location.

The property is in a terrific location and was perfect for our stay. Very clean, well stocked with cooking utensils, nice stove and a grill out back. Very comfortable home with an open kitchen to the gathering space of the living room and a nice large wooden dining table in between. Interestingly, we were able to use the dishwasher on our second night of stay, but could not get it to run after that. Also, had some issues with refrigerator and freezer keeping as cool as they should've been. Neither of these "issues" took away from our stay, enjoyed it thoroughly!

This property is stunning, Immaculate, and so comfortable! The location to everything was perfect! Our family could not have been more pleased with our accommodations as well as our communication with the property managers. We will return and ask for the same location!
