The chef of your family will delight in the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and center island. When it's time to eat, gather around the formal dining table, or dine al fresco while enjoying the sea breeze. With five bedrooms and a loft to sprawl out in, rest assured that everyone will have the room they need to achieve a restful night's slumber. Off the primary bedroom, you'll have access to an extra-large vanity and soaking tub. Perks like partial air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and internet access round out the marvelous interior amenities. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There is a ramp on the front left of the house. The downstairs room is ADA-friendly. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
