One of the best hotels I have stayed at, Most Recommended!

It didn't feel like a hotel, but a home away from home. The people running this place, from cook to the owner, are very nice!

Great, affordable base to explore Angkor Wat and Siem Reap area.

This Hotel has something, which a lot of hotels are missing. A certain style and flair which makes You feel at home. I had a great, spacious and clean room. Everything worked fine or the friendly staff took care. The pool area is nice and inviting to relax, eat and drink and chill after Angkor Wat tours. A bit outside of the busy city center, but not too far to miss anything. Great value for the price I paid. Breakfast was good for the money with fresh fruit every day.

The meal selection in the restaurant is very limited, but itś no problem to order from outside. The Coffee is terrible. Tour operators will not pick You up out there, You have to take Tuktuk to a meeting point.

Cheap hotel

The room was good, bathroom quite small but nothing terrible. The pool area was nice but we didn't use it. Breakfast was included and the price was very reasonable.

It had a very 'abandoned' feel to it. The breakfast wasn't amazing. Didn't see anyone else in the hotel, felt a little odd.

Gerne wieder aber mit besserem Frühstück

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Atmosphäre lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe. Der Pool war schön zum abkühlen und entspannen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick, also ohne Poolblick, das war vollkommen in Ordnung, da am Pool abends manchmal noch Leute saßen und etwas getrunken haben. Wäsche kostet hier 1$/kg

Das Frühstück war sehr wenig. Entweder gab es einen dünnen Pancake mit Zucker oder ein Omelette mit einer Scheibe Toast. Dazu ein paar frische Früchte und Kaffee, Saft oder Tee. Wir wurden davon leider nicht satt. Die Lage war zwar ruhig aber dafür muss man immer mit einem Tuk Tuk in die Stadt fahren. Für uns war das kein Problem, da wir die App Grab genutzt haben, aber man muss mit den Kosten und der Fahrzeit rechnen.

Super rapport qualité prix. L’hôtel est vraiment bien, avec piscine pour profiter après les visites!! Le gérant est très gentil, il nous a donné beaucoup de conseils, et franchement nous a permis de nous laver avant de prendre la route et le bus de nuit! Vraiment une très belle attention.

Disappointing and stressful due to terrible food and overpowering stench of pot from which there was no escape.

The swimming pool was great.

Pot was smoked constantly around the pool from morning til late on both days we stayed here. The food was terrible. Only 3 options for supper. We had the chicken fried rice which was poor and the Beef Lak Lak which was tasteless. Breakfast: The coffee was awful. Pancakes were burnt. Eggs and toast were cold. Towels were badly stained. Don’t understand the reviews on booking.com website and can only suppose that they are fake or the reviewers were high on pot! Large crack in door to room through which mosquitos entered room.

Un établissement qui mérite d’être plus fréquenté 😉

Piscine, l’architecture, l’eau potable à disposition. Endroit calme un peu éloigné de la ville (10 mn en tuk tuk). Romain répond et est très réactif à chaque demande ( petit déjeuner avancé pour visite ou départ)

Souhaitable d’avoir un moyen de transport (velo, scooter, tuk tuk …)

Una estadía genial

Todo! Es un lugar magnífico, limpio, cómodo, habitaciones amplias con buena ventilación, todo funcionando en buen estado, aire, ventilador, ducha . El patio de la piscina es hermoso, iluminación, lugares para comer, tomar algo y conversar. El staff espectacular, amables y siempre dispuestos a facilitarte toda la estadía. Tienen servicio de lavanderia y restaurant. La comida deliciosa y fresca, el desayuno también perfecto. No nos quedamos más días porque teníamos un vuelo. Altamente recomendable.

Die in einer Seitenstrasse gelegene Hotel-Oase mit einem kleinen, aber sehr schönen Pool liegt etwas abseits der Sehenswürdigkeiten – die Taxifahrer hatten ihre Mühe damit. Unglaublich nettes, sympathisches – gerne Französisch sprechendes - „Hippie“-Personal, mit dem man sich gleich wie befreundet fühlt und beim Bier wunderbar entspannt den Abend am Pool verbringen kann. In der originellen Restaurant-Aufenthalts-Halle im ersten Stock gibt es ein einfaches Frühstück und Essen. Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss für uns herrlich direkt am Pool gelegen war auch einfach ausgestattet und sauber. Auf unserer kleinen Südostasien-Reise waren wir in Unterkünften fast aller Kategorien – vom einfachsten Hotel bis zum Luxushotel. Le WâtWam hatte alles in allem eindeutig das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – sehr zu empfehlen.

Eigentlich nichts; es fehlten nur Leselampen am Bett und Steckdose nur auf einer Seite – Kleinigkeiten. Es empfiehlt sich vorab per Booking oder besser noch bar im Hotel zu bezahlen. Kreditkarten werden nur ungern und mit Aufschlag genommen – Kleinigkeit.

Rapport qualité prix imbattable

La situation géographique , quoique excentré l'établissement est très calme. Nous sommes des soixantenaires , et la marche n'est pas un problème. L'architecture de l'hôtel est magnifique, la piscine également. L'hôtel est ouvert depuis quelques semaines, des réglages sont en cours afin d'améliorer l'ensemble. Le personnel , jeune , est vraiment d'une grande disponibilité, et efficace. Merci Romain, dommage que nous n'ayons pu rencontrer Noémie.

Très bon plan.

Situé au calme, l'établissement est tout récent, avec une agréable piscine. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable pour Siem Reap, et l'accueil est exceptionnel. Possibilité de se faire livrer un scooter, de diner sur place. Romain est très attentif à ses clients, toujours disponible et de bon conseil. Le centre ville n'est qu'à dix minutes en Tuk Tuk ce qui fait de l'hotel un très bon plan, surtout si on veut s'éloigner un peu du bruit.

Séjour parfait au WatWam Hôtel

Nous avions réservé une nuit au WatWam hôtel mais avons finalement décidé de rester 1 semaine ! Cet endroit était parfait, apaisant, propre, petit dej au top, accueil incroyable de la part de Noemie et Romain. Situé à une dizaine de minutes en tuk tuk du centre, c’est l’endroit idéal pour s’échapper de temps en temps de l’effervescence du centre ville et se relaxer au bord de la piscine. De plus, le WatWam hôtel est à seulement quelques km d’une ferme de lotus, d’un village de pêcheurs et d’un très beau point de vue. Autre point positif, il est possible de se faire livrer un scooter directement à l’hôtel ! Nous avons eu du mal à partir et reviendrons sans hésiter

Amazing place to stay! Definitely check out this new guest house

Location is fantastic if you want to get away from the main busyness siem reap city centre but its only 10 minute tuktuk ride into the very centre of town. It's incredibly peaceful. Very little local noise pollution. It's possible to sit by the pool and watch the sun rise, if you can get out of the very comfy beds that early Rooms are amazing, proper mattresses and the architecture is stunning :D Adjustable lighting (dimmer switch), which is rare in Cambodia The team is great and always happy to help! Place was always clean and tidy. Definitely service with a smile. Always had mosquito coils to hand if needed. Owners are excellent people. They really care about the community they're in.

Very little. There's a lot of mosquitoes in the area at the moment , but they've looaaadddsss of mosquito coil holders and coils to hand to stop you becoming a buffet ;D

Un petit coin de paradis

Noémie et Romain viennent d'ouvrir cet hôtel et c'est un plaisir de les avoir comme hôtes. Ils m'ont aidé pour la location de scooter et les excursions à faire a Angkor. En plus du cadre, du calme et de la piscine qui fait du bien, le petit déjeuner et le dîner étaient au top.
