Check in was super easy. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time on the large balcony if we weren't on the beach or at the pool. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The weather was beautiful the entire week. We only left the premises twice. The complimentary umbrellas and beach chairs were an added bonus. I highly recommend Stewby's Seafood. We placed an order one evening and picked it up. It was delicious. Thanks for letting us enjoy your place for the week.

The condo was wonderful and as described. Property management sent our check in info to the wrong number, but it was cleared up within an hour. We had Wi-Fi issues due to a storm prior to our stay and it was fixed quickly. Umbrellas at the pool and updated grilling area would be a great update for the complex. Having 2 sets of beach service was awesome, but going down to the beach very early every morning to reserve a chair that the condo owner has always paid for wasn’t fun. They did not give you an option to reserve for the week. Overall beautiful clean condo and we would stay again!

The condo was very nice and the balcony was very roomy. We had a few hiccups during our stay. One the elevator was not working on our floor for several days. It was a holiday weekend so they didn't get it fixed until Tuesday. Two the beach service guy was very rude. I spoke to him several day and each day he was very rude. Didn't explain how the beach chair service worked. In past condo's we rented all you had to do was tell them your condo # and they would set them up for you each day and put a marker on them with your room #. On the third day we came to the beach he said it was first come first serve, and to check in with him each day. Could have told me that the first day! Other than that was a great condo and would stay there again.

Our stay was good. I can't complain about much. The room with double beds has a fan thats very off balance and noisy and the pots and pans need to be updated. The toilets have issues with flushing and the handle is very positional. The shower was full of hair in the drain so my husband was able to address that. Overall though the condo was amazing. These are just FYIs to address for future guests. We had an amazing time.

4th year and the stay is a great as it always has been. Only comment is that, with new property manager, the check-in and check-out times apparently differ from the listing causing us to wait around a bit. Otherwise, an excellent stay as always!

What a beautiful condo and location, very relaxing, wish we could of stayed longer, beach is so close, the 2 beach umbrellas and 4 chairs got alot of use, great view off the big balcony. we will be coming back

We LOVE Summer Place & have stayed at Summer Place for over 18 years!!! We had to change condos this year as our person decided to use theirs for their family only so we rented another unit but needless to say it wasn't near as clean as the one we were use to... We will continue to stay at Summer Place but maybe try another unit next year.

The process of renting this property was great. Unfortunately we had a few issues once inside. The freezer didn't seal all the way, so nothing stayed frozen.. the bed on the left in the double room made A TON of noise when moving around. The vacuum sweeper bag needed changed or the vacuum needed serviced, it had a horrible smell when ran. The location was great. The pools were amazing and the distance to the beach was unbeatable!

Summer place was super accomadating for my family. it was super clean and we all had plenty of space. loved the corner balcony. it was great. we even saw dolphins from it. loved our stay and it made our vacation super terrific.

This was our second time at this condo and it was great! The condo is walking distance to restaurants and the view from the balcony is fantastic! The umbrella service every day makes it so easy to wake up, grab a few items and head out the door. We will definitely be back to this condo!

Very nice property and condo. Beautiful view of the Emerald Coast- blue waters and white sand! Condo was as described in listing. We appreciated the 3 bedrooms for our family of 5, plenty of seating at dining table and living room area. Also appreciated the full size laundry in condo! I wish that I could give this listing 2 separate reviews, one for the condo and the owner, and one for the cleaning company. Unfortunately I cannot and the cleaning company totally ruined it for me. I loved the location of this unit.The workout room was an awesome bonus. The heated pool and hot tub were very nice. The beach chairs and umbrellas were amazing. I liked the floorplan of the unit with kids. The listing specifically says it has "upscale furnishings." The couch is extremely uncomfortable and all of the drawers in the bedrooms are hard to open and beat up. It also specifically says there is a dead bolt lock on the front door for additional safety. There is not. The only lock on the door is in the handle and it is a keypad lock. So anyone who knows the code can come into your apartment at any time. There is no additional lock on the interior at all. Also no peephole in the door. The listing specifically says 'additional cleaning especially with high touch surfaces like light switches.' I highly disagree with this. ALL of the light switches were dusty and had fingerprints. Every corner of the floors had grime and muck. There was something splattered all over the fridge. And the master bath smelled like urine the entire time were there despite me buying cleaning supplies because none were provided and cleaning multiple times. There is black mold on the living room curtains. Honestly it was probably the dirtiest rental we have ever had and we have stayed at many. Another mom on the beach asked about the cleanliness of our rental and it sounds like all of the units have the same problem. So unfortunately for the owners, the cleaning company is ruining their units potential. When we first arrived the rental didn't smell clean at all. We purchased air fresheners and spray and it didn't seem to make a difference. It smelled like someone was frying fish every time we came home. We also discovered that the garbage disposal was packed full and hadn't been run by the previous tennents. The kitchen faucet sprayer handle is broken. The toaster handle is broken. The microwave handle is cracked. The oven took at least 30 minutes to preheat to 350 every time. There is no glass allowed at the pool or beach (rightfully so) but there were no plastic cups available in the kitchen to use, only glass. The throw blankets in the living room were a nice touch but given how dirty the rest of the unit was I highly doubt they were clean.

LR furniture uncomfortable, Mbath shower needs remodel, needs TLC. Maybe OK for stays less than a week. Not for Snowbirds! Backaches from uncomfortable furniture, Master shower garden tub too deep (knee high) no grab bars (safety concern)! Took a month to get faulty front door access replaced! Couldn’t leave condo if partner didn’t stay—couldn’t get back in otherwise. Had to replace 2 fire alarm batteries, reattach dryer exhaust vent & unclog Master Bath shower drain. Chipped paint off cabinets, doors & woodwork. Not even an electric can opener or slow cooker in kitchen. Nice direct view of Gulf—but couldn’t see sunrises or sunsets due to side angle of corner unit.
