Nestled in East Pensacola Heights, this lovely house for $402 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Summary: Relax in this Craftsman-style bungalow in the heart of East Hill, one block from Bayview Park. This light-filled home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a spacious living and dining area and fully equipped kitchen. 10 minute drive from Palafox St. in downtown Pensacola and 15 minute drive from Pensacola Beach. One block away from 23-acre Bayview Park. The Space: This 1600-square foot home features a large open-concept living and dining area with a sunroom sitting area for morning coffee, living area with 60 inch LG smart TV, and dining table with seating for 6. The front bedroom has a desk and office chair, with a full size bed. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has a queen size bed and newly added private bath. Washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room just off the kitchen. Guest Access: Parking is available in the driveway alongside the home, or free on the street. There is room to park your boat with public boat ramp access to Bayou Texar one block away in Bayview Park. East Hill is a quiet neighborhood perfect for a walk or bike ride. Downtown Pensacola is about a 10 minute drive and Pensacola Beach is about 15 minutes away. The Pensacola airport is just a 10 minute drive as well. Uber and Lyft are readily available. The Neighborhood: This home is located in the East Hill neighborhood of Pensacola, a 10 minute drive from Palafox St. in downtown Pensacola and a 15 minute drive from Pensacola Beach. The Pensacola airport is just 10 minutes away, with readily available Uber and Lyft services. East Hill is home to several restaurants within walking or biking distance including East Hill Market, Tacos Mexicanos, Alga Beer Company, Ozone Pizza, and East Hill Pizza. Publix at East Hill is just 1.4 miles away. We are one block away from 23-acre Bayview Park, featuring: - Two public boat launches at Bayou Texar with access to Pensacola Bay, Pensacola Pass and Gulf of Mexico access - Playground - Tennis courts - Outdoor workout facility - Community center with live music - Dog park and dog beach - Kayak, paddle board, pedal boat, bike, camping, and hammock rentals Palafox St. and Downtown Pensacola is home to many restaurants, bars, and shops as well as Vinyl Music Hall, Saenger Theater, and the Pensacola Bay Center. Pensacola Beach is a short drive away and features the world famous sugar sand beaches of the Emerald Coast along with gulf and sound-front restaurants and boardwalk shops. Getting Around: Free parking is available in the driveway of the home or along the street. There are no neighborhood restrictions on boat parking, so you may park your boat in the driveway or on the street.
