Property is lovely, typical Tuscan vibe in the centre of the city. Host is quick in communicating, nice welcome, would definitely stay again!
NB Host suggested a visit to a winery called Castello Monterinaldi, and it was a wonderful experience.
Many thanks!

Great place to stay, my only criticism is that the upstairs loft gets hot despite the multiple air conditioners and there is a large flight of stairs to reach the apartment.

We enjoyed the apartment and our stay in Florence. The only negatives were the noise at night (all night) and the problems flushing the toilet in the loft. The apartment is centrally located with plenty of restaurants and sights to see.

The place was nice to stay. The only suggestion we got is that even though we were in winter time, the temperature of the city was not very cold to sleep with windows closed and there was a lot of mosquitos during the night. The air conditioning mentioned on the description was not working and there were just 1 fan, therefore, our sleep was very interrumpted.

We loved the location and easy access to all of Florence and train station. Everything was walkable for us. Very spacious with downstairs bedroom and upstairs loft plus 2 full bathrooms. Amenities were great. Easy to communicate with and access. We'll return the next time.

This loft is super cute and very close by to all of Florence literally. We could just walk to the Duomo, Ufizi, Gucci Garden, Piazza Republica, San Lorenzo market, train station. it is close to so many restaurants, gelaterias, museums.
Andrea made our check in process seamless. She was sweet to share the popular food places that locals liked. One of the best was the Gusta Pizza. Although it is on the side of the bridge, the commute was worth the pizza there. We checked out most of the places she suggested.
Tomasso was quick in answering our questions from the beginning starting from booking the property to accommodating early check in etc
The loft has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and not a lot of space otherwise as in not much space in the living room, it is kinda crammed in there. There is a small kitchenette - which had a microwave but no plates that you could use, the water from the kitchen tap could be used for drinking but there were no glasses. It didn't really matter to us because we dined at the restaurants all the time and had no to-go's. The wash basin in the bathroom upstairs did not drain well, the shower stall did not have any racks to put soap or shampoo. The restroom did not have any racks to put toiletries. The bathroom downstairs was good just that there was a huge window with no curtain/drape/blinds to cover it we could see the windows in the building next door. Felt kinda weird to use the toilet with such a big window facing at you. We were there in July and it was pretty hot especially the bedroom upstairs (because it has partial glass roof) could get very hot if you turn off the air conditioner before you step out during the day.
On the whole we did not really care about these little things during our stay because we just instantly fell in love with the city and looked forward to stepping out early each day so we can explore.

This place was amazing. We had a great experience. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Close to dining and grocery stores and train station. The apartment was beautiful and clean. Living room and kitchen were beautiful. The place was spacious for the 4 of us. Showers had great water pressure. 2 bathrooms was a big plus.
The only con we had was that the upstairs, amazing loft, was too hot. It was 90 degrees outside everyday and the ceiling of the loft is made of glass and the sun turned the loft into a greenhouse. The air conditioner and even the fan barely helped to keep it cool enough to be able to stay in that room. Even though it was the master bedroom upstairs, my wife and i could not sleep there due to the heat but the kids didn't mind it as much and they slept there and loved it. The air conditioner in the living room worked well so my wife and I slept on the pullout couch to stay cool. The AC in the second bedroom was also weak and that bedroom was also too hot. This only has to do with the hot weather this week. If we come here again when the temperature is below 80, then we will definitely stay again.
We definitely recommend this place, only not in the high heat of summer, due to the glass roof in
the master bedroom.

The price you pay for being so close to all the central sites is the noise of the restaurant kitchen across the street (except between 0:00 and 5:00). Sleeping with ear plugs was necessary. The bigger issue is the invasion of mosquitoes and other bugs in the apartment. We’d wake with new bites every day. The windows may need to be replaced which may address both issues. Otherwise, the apartment was nicely situated and appointed.
