Guava Pineapple is located on Lot 6, and has 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, sleeping 13, custom-built home with a private heated pool! Upon entering the main floor, you'll discover three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each accompanied by its own luxurious full bathroom. The first bedroom on the main floor, is suited with a King-sized bed, offering enchanting vistas of the shimmering pool, and a secluded ensuite bathroom complete with an inviting tub/shower combination. Positioned on the serene street side, the second and third bedrooms are suited with King-sized beds and private ensuites, tub/shower. Ascend to the top floor, where two additional bedrooms await alongside the culinary epicenter of the home: the gourmet kitchen and gracious dining/living room area. More Details: There will be a fruit orchard in a common area, shared by the 9 homes, that will have year round harvests that renters will have access to! The community is perfectly located within a short drive to all the amenities Oak Island has to offer, including restaurants, grocery stores, shops and activities, yet only a short walk to the public beach access! All homes will each have 5 to 8 bedrooms and 5 to 8 bathrooms and all will feature their own private heated saltwater swimming pools. Please inquiry about house parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind for approval. NO Pets- if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable) Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind. *Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking* Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking. Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool. The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at night due to timers. *Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS* Cleaning fee will include an upgraded linen package with sheets and towels for all beds, bed making, and an essentials package to get your vacation started. 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner.
