Hotel room was clean but very hot and airless in the July sunshine. Reception warned me about this when I checked in. A fan was available and provided much needed circulation of the air but was noisy. The balcony door did open but let in the sound of trains at the nearby station. The hotel offered a change of room but not until the last night (of three).
A very good choice of foods were available for breakfast, though seemed pricey at €29.
Best thing about the hotel was the helpfulness of the reception staff who were always willing to offer advice about travel arrangements and things to do in Hamburg.

I had a great time at the hotel even though it was in the middle of no where.

A convenient place to stay. Breakfast is not included and is extremely expensive. The room was quite nice and well laid out.

The rooms were very clean and nice. The only thing was that the rooms where varm even with heater off. The breakfast was amazing, nothing to miss.
