Wish the deck was pet friendly and the boardwalk wasn’t closed.

Room was beautiful, staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints at all, other than they have two EV chargers (which is su h a nice surprise.) however we were unable to charge our car due to an older gas fuelled Toyota 4 Runner that parked there. I checked back every few hours thinking that they might be dining. I asked the hotel front desk lady if she could look up the licence plate and ask them to
Kindly move to one of the many open spaces that existed at 8:30pm but she would not/could not help me.
We tried charging at the sister hotel, Manteo but there charger did not work. Oh well. Maybe a sign that says no parking unless you’re charging may help. Like I said - lovely property, cheerful staff, beautiful room. But I really needed a charge after driving from Vancouver.
