I had a great stay, made even better by excellent customer service when I had a problem. Without this it could have been a really bad stay.
Really comfortable room and well appointed.
My overall impression though was of a team that look after and care about their guests.

Very Good breakfast
Great staff
An incredible building that makes you feel like you’re in a castle, the courtyard and green areas, huge columns, and walls
It’s a former hospital years and years ago that was bought and transformed into a hotel. It sits right on the edge of a busy part of town where you have many many choices for restaurants and entertainment and movies, and right on the river.
Having dinner there Sunday night revealed one of the best creative chefs in Europe.
Look it’s not cheap to stay there but it’s like staying in a castle with it’s vast areas for you to enjoy
This is very different from most hotel stays. It’s an exceptional experience.

Beautiful property. Perfectly located. Housekeeping was especially exceptional. The minibar fridge was not cool at all. Our travel mates had a mini fridge brought into their room, which was nice. . The bar was gorgeous but brace yourself for the cost of drinks.
