Modern, well equipped accommodation perfectly suited to those who want a comfortable self sustained stay.
Location was super, everything within a short walk.
Staff were great, helpful in giving advice and pointing us in the right direction as well as making us feel welcome.
Hinzan provides a free taxi service for guests, this was really helpful for going to and from the mountain to save a cold walk.
We will be back!

部屋が清潔に保たれていた。
シャワーの水圧が強かった。
調理器具やカトラリーが揃っていた。
清潔なタオルが２組用意されていた。
立地がとても良い。
洗濯機はあるが温風乾燥機能が無く、洗濯物を乾燥するために車で13分のニセコ駅近くのコインランドリーに行かなくてはならなかった。
シャワーを使うと東南アジアの安いホテルのように洗面所が水浸しになる。
キッチンが狭いため調理がとてもしにくかった。
建物の前に駐車スペースはあるが狭く車を停めづらかった。
窓は広いが他の建物に囲まれているため景色は望めない。
対応した男性スタッフが無礼だった。
