Boa localização, é amplo.
Precisa urgentemente de remodelação completa. Maquina de lavar estava inutilizável, maquina de lavar louça velha e totalmente mofada por dentro. Pintura das paredes já desgastadas e sujas.

Properly was spacious and well designed
The only thing that needs improvement is that the walls are dirty in the kitchen/ we had a mold on the wall in our bedroom and I guess was coming from bathroom because was same wall. Washing machine also needs some attention. And coffee machine didn’t work .

Location was fine
Bed too firm, shower leaked all over the floor.

Relatively close to the metro and center of Porto. Really nice cafe and grocery shop close by. The apartment is clean and it came with all necessary equipment. Easy check-in and check-out.
As the apartment has no air condition, you rely on sleeping with open windows/balcony doors. However the bedroom balcony door was broken and can’t be closed properly. It also shows that it comes with parking, which is not correct. There is a parking house in the same building, but it was always full, so we had to go to another parking house and pay 20 euros per 24 hours.
