Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet établissement, que nous avions loué pour 3 adultes.
L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, à proximité de nombreux monuments et sites touristiques, ce qui permet de visiter facilement la ville.
La literie est très confortable et nous avons bien dormi. Le quartier est assez vivant et peut être bruyant le soir, mais cela ne nous a pas particulièrement dérangés car tres fatiguée apres des journées intenses en visites..
L’appartement n’est certes pas tout neuf, mais il est tout à fait suffisant pour passer quelques nuits. Au vu de son emplacement et du prix, le rapport qualité-prix est très correct.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et recommandons cet établissement.
Petit bémol : il manquait un verre à vin et certains ustensiles, notamment les verres à eau, étaient assez vétustes. L’équipement nous semble également un peu juste pour accueillir confortablement 4 personnes.
L’appartement dispose de deux balcons : le premier, côté rue, est vraiment très petit, tandis que le second, situé à l’arrière, donne sur d’autres immeubles mais est un peu plus grand et agréable pour prendre un verre. Il manquait toutefois une chaise pour pouvoir en profiter à deux.
Concernant la télévision et le Wi-Fi, nous ne les avons pas testés durant notre séjour.

A good budget-friendly apartment in a great location. The main attractions are within walking distance, and there is also a large shopping area nearby. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We shared it between three people and had plenty of space. Overall, it was very comfortable and excellent value for money.
The apartment is quite old, the shower is very inconvenient, it was sometimes noisy outside, and the balcony door didn’t close properly. But these are all minor issues, and I honestly wouldn’t pay much attention to them because the price and the location more than make up for it.

Lage gut, U-Bahn ist gleich in der Nähe, auch zu verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist es nicht weit.
Das Schloss der Wohnungstür fiel gleich am ersten Abend aus dem morschen Holz. Wir mussten stundenlang auf einen Handwerker warten, der erst um 23 Uhr kam. Die Schlösser der Balkontüren sind ein Witz, man kann die Schiebetüren von außen öffnen. Wir fühlten uns nicht sicher, hatten Bedenken, die Wohnung zu verlassen, ohne alle Rolläden komplett zu schließen.
Der Rolladen in der Küche war verklemmt, ließ sich nicht runterrollen. Mit viel Geschick hat mein Mann es geschafft, den Rolladen wieder in die Führungsschiene zu bekommen.
Die Steckdosen sind alle lose. In der Küche hat mein Mann beim Ziehen des Steckers (Kaffeemaschine) einen Schlag bekommen.
Die Betten sind niedrig und nur 80 cm breit. Die Kopfkissen sind billig und taugen nichts.
Das Bad ist klein, eng und hat keinen Abluft-Ventilator. Es gab keinen Duschvorhang, so dass das Bad nach dem Duschen ziemlich nass war.
NETFLIX ist NICHT inklusive, man braucht einen eigenen Account, sonst läuft nichts.
Das Holzparkett im Schlafzimmer ist stellenweise lose und bleibt an den nackten Füßen haften.
Der Blick vom Balkon ist häßlich: lauter Hinterhöfe und 4 Baustellen, auf denen ab 7 Uhr morgens gebaut wurde.
Die Wohnung ist auch ziemlich hellhörig.
