Lovely staff, very helpful with booking our river cruise
Good parking facilities and easy access to the garage , nice reception area with a drinks machine
Able to change rooms to a ground floor one as lots of steps up to the first floor
Good location for bars and restaurants
Very small and basic rooms
Needed a bit of updating and extra cleaning in the bathroom, unfortunately some hairs in the shower and on the inside of the bathroom door

The lady at reception was wonderful and also there at breakfast with a smile etc
Location and payout a bit difficult I drive an S Class Mercedes the ramp to the car park was not friendly to my car
