I had issues with my reservation but the hotel staff were great and work on the issue fast enough to have it sorted. Very happy with customer service.

Good location
Key wouldn’t turn in the lock the 2nd time I tried to get into the room - however staff came after 10 minutes & said I had to pull door handle towards me before turning the key as that’s how European door locks work

Lage relativ gut.
