Not bad but room for improvement

Private rooms clean, location good, for price ok, free coffee and tea!

Shared areas could need a refresh. For example shower curtain. Arriving tricky-> weren’t sent the check in video, so check in was hard. After calling host took care of us nicely.

Disappointment, noise, sleeplessness, stress, and freezing cold.

The location of the accommodation was good, the cooking facilities and the kitchen equipment were also excellent, and Kevin welcomed us kindly and helpfully… but…

...as much as we appreciate the effort and enthusiasm, this was unfortunately one of our worst Booking experiences. The room was as cold as a freezer. There was no heating at all, and we tried to warm it up with a small bathroom heater, which barely helped. The Wi-Fi didn’t work either, and even though we informed the host, it was never resolved. The walls were paper-thin, and even though there were signs everywhere asking guests to keep quiet at night, our neighbors didn’t seem to care and kept making noise outside our door until dawn. We couldn’t sleep... The biggest problem, however, happened when we wanted to stay one more night. The modification option on Booking didn’t work, so we asked if we could simply make a new reservation. The answer was a clear yes, and he also confirmed that we wouldn’t need to change rooms. However, the next day we started receiving calls and messages asking why we hadn’t left the room and why our luggage was still there. Even though we sent the booking code, the emails, and the earlier messages, he eventually asked us to come back and move out because another guest was arriving (which logically would have been us, but that will probably remain a mystery). Disappointed, we went back, packed our things (while receiving multiple apologies and some compensation), and booked another place to stay. Then came the twist: about an hour later he messaged us saying he had finally found our reservation and asked us to come back. But by that point we had no intention of staying there any longer. It wouldn’t have been a problem that Kevin speaks very little English (it was clear he was using ChatGPT), but we simply don’t understand how, despite the clear evidence we sent multiple times, he still couldn’t understand the situation.

Nous avons pas aimé Établissement Le quartier dur de trouver entrer ,établissement. Personne pour nous remettre les clés 🔑 .. C’est grâce un coursier qui nous a ramené à appartement Nous avons respecté les consignes dans appartement . Malheureusement les locataires du haut ont fait trop de bruit réveil en sursaut un qui taper à la porte pour histoire du parking en plein nuit.

Ce que nous avons apprécié dans ce lieu la propriété de l’endroit, le lit, wifi etc tout ce qui était décrit sur l’annonce.

Recommande : il sera juste possible qu’il met les chaises au salon pour permettre au client de manger assis. Mais dans l’ensemble tout sa s’est bien passé.
