Important information for your stay.



To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and preserve the quality of the property, please read the following information carefully:



- Non-smoking policy:



The property is 100% non-smoking, including inside the house/apartment. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a special cleaning fee starting from €200, intended to cover the additional costs necessary to eliminate odors and traces of smoke.



- Responsible consumption — stays longer than 28 nights:



For stays longer than 28 nights, a responsible consumption policy applies. A usage limit of €80 is included for covered consumption. Any usage exceeding this limit may be subject to an additional charge, upon presentation of the respective costs.



- Welcome kit:



To make your arrival more comfortable, we offer a welcome kit with some essential products for the first day of your stay. This kit does not cover the supply of consumables for the entire duration of your stay.



- Towels and Bed Linen:



For stays of 7 nights or more, additional towels are provided free of charge.



For stays of 10 nights or more, additional towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.



- Additional Services:



Services such as additional cleaning, extra changes of bed linen or towels, and additional keys can be requested during your stay, subject to availability and additional costs. We recommend that these services be requested in advance.



- Check-out:



Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.



Late check-out is only possible with prior authorization from our staff and is subject to availability, as there may be a new check-in on the same day.



Unauthorized late check-outs may incur an additional cost of €20 per hour or fraction thereof, without prejudice to any additional costs that may result from the inability to prepare the property for the next booking.



- Use and care of bed linens and towels:



We ask that you use bed linens and towels appropriately and exclusively for their intended purpose.



They should not be used to remove makeup, shoe polish, paints, oils, food, or other substances that may cause permanent stains or damage.



In case of damage, permanent stains, or the need for replacement resulting from improper use, reasonable costs for specialized cleaning, repair, or replacement may be charged according to the extent of the damage.



- Mandatory guest registration:



In accordance with applicable Portuguese law, all guests must complete the mandatory registration form before check-in.



The correct and timely completion of all guest data is necessary so that we can complete the legal registration process and provide the necessary information for access to the property.
