Worst Experience – Very Unresponsible Owner

There is nothing to like it. Worst experience of my life.

**Very Disappointing and Unsafe Experience** I would not recommend this property. The description was misleading, and we experienced several serious issues during our stay. 1. **Misleading “lakefront” description:** The owner described the property as lakefront, but it is not on Okanagan Lake. The water area shown/mentioned is more like a small, muddy pool. We feel the description could easily mislead guests when they book. 2. **No propane for the barbecue:** There was no propane available for the barbecue when we arrived. We had travelled from Edmonton for approximately 11 hours, and then had to spend another 40 minutes going to the city to purchase/fill propane. This was extremely frustrating, especially after such a long drive. 3. **Unsafe deck doors:** The deck doors could not be properly locked, which made us feel very unsafe, particularly at night. I informed the owner about this concern. His response was essentially that if we felt unsafe, we could leave in the middle of the night. That is not a reasonable solution, especially when travelling with children. 4. **No hot water:** This was the most serious issue during our stay. There was no hot water, which significantly affected our stay. I contacted the owner, but instead of addressing the problem properly, he continued giving excuses. Based on our communication, I strongly felt that he may have known about the problem beforehand and had not taken appropriate steps to fix it. 5. **Two AC units were not working:** Two of the AC units were not functioning, making the property very uncomfortable during the hot weather. Even more concerning, the way the AC units were installed/setup created a security issue because the windows could not be properly closed, potentially allowing someone from outside to enter the property. 6. **No paper towels:** There were no paper towels provided in the kitchen, making it difficult to clean up during our stay. 7.

the place, the location and the view if the property

i dont like the floor it sounds like its old flooring and sometimes its making sounds , and i dont like that there so many mosquito and flies and you cant stay in the deck, it need a little bit cleaning around the property
