Location in the middle of the center of old Quebec

The room on the upper floor was very very small. We travelled with 2 backpacks and even didn’t had place to put them on the floor.

Superb

The hotel is right in the middle of the old city, it’s walking distance to a lot of sights. They also offer a small selection for breakfast at their restaurant, which is just next door. Very handy and great for a sightseeing trip in Quebec City

Pleasant

Excellent location.

The space of the room was very small which can work for an intimate couple or single person but tight for two friends who dont share beds. We managed somehow to fit another mattress on the floor.

Great hotel would recommend

Great location, nice and close to all old Quebec sights and restaurants. The room came with breakfast, which was at the restaurant next door. the meal was super good and worth it.

It didn’t bother me but you have to walk up many stairs to the rooms, elderly or handicapped could find this very difficult

Beds were comfortable, though rooms were very small.

Didn't read the bullets low enough. No parking. parking $22.00 per day and down the hill. No elevator, should have known since it was an old building but didn't stop to think. Desk clerk didn't know much english and didn't seem to know much about anything.

Very enjoyable!

The location is excellent, right in the tourist areas. The breakfast is wonderful, top quality of food and waitress service. One of the staff was very helpful, since we don’t speak French, she went out of her way to call a taxi for us in late evening for an early morning pickup. Thank you!

The bathroom is too small.

Great location and place to stay in Old Town

Loved the building....it had character...loved it! Our room one wall had the old brick....the bed was very comfortable, large tv, updated bathroom. The breakfast that we got each morning (next door) was great and the the restaurant help was wonderful ! Great location ... you could walk all over Quebec Old Town!

We had room #3 which was very small (it worked for the two of us....not much room with your luggage etc). Small winding stairs to get to our room (we were on the 2nd floor... no elevators which we were aware of.....no problem for us). We did have a issue as we had a late check in (after 10:00 p.m.) and had some confusion.....it was taken care of the next day !

Disappointing

The room was a reasonable size with a comfortable bed. Good linens etc. The location in the old city was very good - a short walk from the Saint Louis Gate in the City wall. Restaurants nearby.

Room was too warm, couldn't get the air conditioning to turn on. Didn't want to ask the staff as both members we met were surly. We arrived off a cruise ship with about 6 hours until 4PM check-in time. Desk clerk was astonished that we asked her to look after our bags until then.

Staff were very pleasant.

The location was perfectly situated and most places in the Old City were easily accessible by walking. Our room was clean and tidy, with a view of the street. We received a breakfast coupon for the two of us, at their restaurant next door. It was a very good breakfast and the service was excellent.

We had advised the Hotel (or booking.com) that we were elderly and would appreciate a room on the first or 2nd floor, if no elevators were available. We were placed on the 4th floor, which made things difficult for us and negatively impacted on our experience.

Central location without the noise - beware of stairs.

Great location! When you stay here you are staying right in the heart of Old Quebec City, but far enough away to avoid being kept up by the late festivities. It is only a five-minute walk to the water, and although safely tucked off the street, it is easily accessed. The room I had was quite cozy, and I loved the exposed brick! Maybe I shouldn't have but the window in the room opened to a fire escape where I spent my night soaking in the street sounds.

The curtains didn't fully cover the exit sign inside the hotel room; therefore, my room was soaked in red all night. There is no elevator; be prepared to climb stairs; it is a skinny and curved stairwell with no visible rooms accessible on the first floor. Parking is not provided! However, there is a parking garage only a few minutes away - SPAQ Maison de Beaucours - for about $20 for the day and night.

Only used room for sleeping. Hotel has few amenities, A/C, mini fridge, TV, wifi which was rather weak.

Rustic room. Very clean. Breakfast included at restaurant next door. Great location.

No elevator. Room was on second floor (or third if you count ground floor as first floor). Stairs where steep, narrow and poorly lit.
