Decent stay -was expecting better - Red Roof needs to invest. Non-working elevators not acceptable

Staff was courteous and friendly and responsive!

Not clean - that was the worst part. Staff was very nice but they need some help. I believe (just my speculation) they have too many rooms and too few folks to clean them. Elevator not working - tough on a 3-story building. Don't see how they expect return guests when they won't have a working elevator!

The staff was very nice and understanding

elevators didn’t work so me and my spouse had to use stairs , our bed had a stain and the lamp did too . It was not it . if you’re a clean person and classy you will not like this place . We didn’t stay we requested for a refund and went somewhere else that was NICE AND CLEAN

No bar in shower and phone did not work killed a roach. Someone banged on our door and did not respond when asked who it was.

I booked there after checking 'pet friendly '. It said 1 big dog or 2 small dogs. I have 2 small dogs.I booked a week before the trip. 30 minutes before I got there, the guy called me and said that I could not bring 2 dogs. So I stayed elsewhere. I can't say anything about the Red Roof inn.
