Girls trip

It was in a safe location. Close to the highway. When we check in Christopher was super nice.

The breakfast was not good at all. I was not impressed. The beds were not very comfortable.

Clean and convenient with helpful front desk.

Sparse… but clean and a lovely attendant.

Housekeeping staff was rude when I attempted to secure washcloths for our room that we kept tidy ourselves for 4 days! Front desk was helpful. Pool area needs attention to furniture.

Exceptional Experience at Springhill

They staff was absolutely phenomenal and I could not be more appreciative of the way they treated me and my kids. OUTSTANDING Rowe and her first shift girls.

Nice, clean, comfortable stay, great location and friendly staff

the property is nice and in a great location. it is out of the way, but close to everything when you go out. The shower was nice the water gets and stays hot. The bed and pillows was comfortable. The air conditioner was super cold had to turn it off. I used the small weight room but the treadmill worked fine and the room was clean. I didn't use the pool are but it appeared to be clean. Carla the front desk clerk was very accommodating. I would stay hear again.

The TV in my room was not working. I notified the 2nd shift front desk but there wasn't anything they could do because it was booked and short on staff. Also the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, had to use the trash can to keep it closed. Other than these things the stay was nice.

Bed was comfortable and room was large.

It was a good breakfast .

The vanity in the bedroom is a small sink. For long stays you are unable to set your cosmetic’s out. The shower curtain was too short. Water would be on the floor. You have to put towels down.

under construction and not work the price

This property is under serious construction which was a hassle with equipment and supplies laying around everywhere. The elevators were occupied by construction workers which made it impossible get the other elevator to come to you. The worst part is that there was vomit in our shower. Literally chunks of food. so disgusting. Also the rooms back up to the interstate so you hear traffic the entire time.

The location gave us several avenues by which to avoid the horrendous traffic.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. It is not at all up to par with the other Springhill Suites I have stayed at.

The check-in staff was incredibly unprofessional and lazy.

it was ok.

The size of the room. The older and younger colored ladies at the front desk and cafe were the sweetest ppl there! The area has lots of resturants to choose from.

We didnt care for the older gentalmen at the front desk. He didnt seem to do well underpresure. He seemed to be overwhelmed. the sink area was too tiny. The sofa was WAY TOO small.

totally outdated!!! looked like a blast from the 90’s. found two spiders in the bed when we got there. room had a old musk smell to it
