Fine, wish it were cleaner.

I liked the location. High rooms are cool but unnecessary without a nice view. Staff was friendly.

Bed was dirty, sheets were too small, place smelled like cigarettes.

Good stay on Manhattan.

Ok area close to subway. Easy connection to JFK. Decent value for money regarding the position on Manhattan.

No sign of the hotel from the street. Old and worn (but clean). Staff not really excited about working there (off course depending on the person, not all the same).

Good location, clean and decent

The location was good, near the metro (2 mins walk). And 15 mins walk from Times Square. 5 mins walk to the start of 5th avenue. We asked for the 2nd room we booked to be on the same floor as our other room- this request was granted. So we are grateful for that. There’s a small gym at the property. They give emergency tooth brushes if needed at reception. The deposit was returned quickly into my account after check out.

The staff were okay, not all of them were the friendliest of people. This isn’t such a big deal but it was something that I didn’t like. They gave free water at the property but only like 1-2 bottles per day. We didn’t get the room cleaned during our 1 week stay, because we didn’t want it cleaned so our water was not given. We used the water to make tea / coffee also. We are from the UK and have 5 cups of tea a day each. And there was 5 of us. Using just 2 bottles a day. We asked reception if we could have more water, but there was always hesitation. I would assume since there is 5 of us, we would be given atleast 5 water bottles.

La ubicación es excelente, hay muchas lineas de metro en Chelsea. La relación calidad-precio me parece inmejorable. El personal muy amable.

La habitación se queda un poco pequeña para 4 personas. El calefactor/aire acondicionado hace ruido pero se puede apagar y la ventana no aísla muy bien.

Perfect!

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were travelling with young children and they let us check in early and kept our bags for us so we could wonder around the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Some of the furnishings were a little tired, but not a big deal. It was clean and that was more important.

Good situation, close to different subway lines. Walking distance from Times Square.

We didn't like the room we had. The lady at the reception proposed another one, on a higher floor; the staff moved our luggage to the new nice room with a view of Empire State.

The room was slightly too small for four people.

This hotel was an excellent value for its location in Manhattan. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel staff was exceedingly friendly and made a great first impression. The room was clean and the hotel provided daily housekeeping service. The location was excellent, very near shops and subway. If you like to walk, you can stroll up to Madison Square Garden or even Times Square from here. There are two excellent coffee shops nearby and Whole Foods is a block away.

Did not know that the heat only works with a remote. Even after learning this, our room was either too hot or too cold. We also really needed a mini-fridge which the room didn't have. I overheard another guest request a fridge at check-in, a request that was granted, which means some rooms have them.

Reasonably priced, OK facilities and staff, dodgy area at night. Rooms advertised as city views only have those viws on

The property was decently priced.

The location was sketchy. If you walked on the wrong side of the street in the evening it was littered with strange and potentially dangerous people. NY had also changed so if you walk to Times Square it is even worse. If you walk west I and downtown it is OK.

For the short stay of one person - just excellent!

Location was amazing. Value - outstanding. It was clean. The floors were uneven - this is not something to like but maybe a part of the old structure in the middle of NYC.

Parking was a few blocks away for an additional (but discounted) price, There was no extra room in the bathroom even to put my toilettes. Bath tub was rather old. If napkins could be provided, it would be better.

Localização excelente bem perto do metrô, funcionários simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar, preço muito bom pra Nova York, cama confortável e chuveiro muito bom.

A única coisa “ruim” é que de fato o quarto é muito pequeno. Mas pelo preço, achei muito tranquilo e um ótimo custo-benefício.

Difficult to to sleep due to noisy guests on the same floor

A group of guests met every day at two o'clock in the morning in a room on the same floor where I was staying, slamming doors, talking and laughing loudly and I couldn't sleep. Als, the room has no fridge,

Me gustó mucho la ubicación cerca de todo y acceso a transporte. Servicio de sus empleados muy amables. Todo lo que les pedía lo traían rápido como toallas, papel de baño. Limpiaban todos los días la habitación.

Es inevitable que en NY a ciertas horas de la noche se vea gente deambulando.

Prima voor een citytrip, wel af en toe behelpen (niet praktisch)

De locatie was goed, het was schoon! De bedden waren goed.

Het was niet heel praktisch. Geen haken voor bijv. jassen/kleding. Niet voldoende handdoek rekken.

It was a great location and a great price for our stay.

Pas trop mal... mais peu mieux faire !

Un emplacement au top, proche du métro, des chambres plus que correcte (c'est cher mais on est en plein centre de NY).

Mais le personnel est moyennement accueillant surtout en début de soirée. Le ménage est fait, mais les équipements sont vétustes et peu entretenus. Lumières qui ne marche pas, chasse d'eau qui bug, pommeau de douche qui sort du carrelage et système de basculement robinet/pommeau qui fonctionne partiellement... mais bon on est en plein centre et c'est top pour un séjour court sur NYC.

Was good because of the area but wouldn’t stay again.

I liked the location and the staff was helpful

I had mold in my bed sheets. I called prior to my stay to ask about my deposit fee and i was told it would be 100$. Then i get there and it ended up being 500$ which i still don’t have back in my account.

Very disappointed

The room stunk, had bed bugs and we woke up full of bites. The bathroom had mould on the ceiling. Location was good but the rest was very disappointing
