All things in hotel is amazing
I will re check again after 4 days I ask reception to keep one bag in reception for 4 days until I recheck again after 4 days but they refuse

The rooms are big
There was a non-stop protest going on outside with honking and banging and whistles and the staff was so incredibly rude when I asked about it. Also it’s next to a parole office. I booked 16 nights in this hotel so it was pretty disappointing.

It was located very close to Times Square. They offer you a free $25 food voucher which was super sweet. Staff was very friendly and helpful
The elevator was very slow on arrival. The lobby area and rugs was not hotel friendly at all
