I love the eclectic look of the hotel.
I was unable to control the temp on the room and water flooded over the shower despite efforts to avoid it.

Highly recommend this place as it is near everything! space was clean and comfy, not noisy at all. the workers at front desk were very helpful and friendly!

The hotel is located very close to Time Square. You can find plenty of restaurants in the nearby. The room was not very big but if you don’t plan spending too much time indoor and it’s just for sleeping is sufficient.
The staff from reception are not very friendly. The carpet in the room could have been cleaner / no sleepers available.

Check in was fast, service was great, location is awesome, look is a bit dark and gothy but I liked it, Shower and bathroom were spacious relative to what I expected
Bathroom was not entirely clean (some renegade hairs, spots of I guess blood or something else that was brown on the side of the sink), bed is.. tolerable but not great, blanket sheet was made of different layers without something that closed them together, so every move in bed separated them.
A/C said cold mode is on, but there's only heat

The location of the pod was great, central to subway lines and Times Square
Very very small. The room was advertised with a queen bed however only came with a double bed and it was very expensive for the size of the room

Lage, Subway Anbindung
Zimmer sehr schmal geschnitten, quasi kein Stauraum. Mehr Regale an der Wand z.B. über dem Schreibtisch wären sinnvoll

Η τοποθεσία του.
Τίποτα το ιδιαίτερο. Ένα μικρό δωμάτιο, με μόνο τα βασικά. Σίγουρα δεν άξιζε τα λεφτά που έδωσα.

Clean, modern facilities. Reasonably priced at least at this time of the year and close to Times Square

The property was very convenient and the staff were on top of anything I asked of them.
No bad experience

It has a big window with a nice city view. The hotel and room was exactly as pictured above. It was a good price for each night. It’s safe and protected. There is an elevator from ground floor to lobby and then separate elevators to access rooms. You only have access to your floor level.
The hotel was conveniently located a block from Time Square, Restaurant Avenue, and attractions. The Hotel Bar and Lounge Area was a bonus and super cozy. They sell pastries and coffee in the morning as well. Upon check out they offer a limo taxi service to all airports. It’s cheaper/same price as Uber and Lyft. If your flight is after check out or you arrive before check in, they offer a baggage area for storage while exploring the city for a bit. It was a very cozy stay as a single traveler. I will definitely rebook for future travels.
No complaints as I was rarely in my room. If I spent more time in my room, a minor thing, I would have wished for a wifi compatible tv with streaming platforms.

I had stayed over the weekend in a different room and I really liked the location especially being close to where I was working.
I was moved from the 11th floor, which had bunkbeds to the 22nd floor, which had a full size bed. I actually liked the bunkbed better. The full-size bedroom was more cramped and had a very small desk. I was grateful for the full-size bed, which made it acceptable and fine. The shower pressure maybe because it was higher up was not as strong, which was a bit of a disappointment. Also, the larger flusher button was not working on the toilet, but it did flush with the smaller one.

I've stayed at the Pod several times now. Although the rooms are small, they are designed very efficiently, so I actually prefer them to larger rooms at other hotels (and I prefer the bunk bed rooms to the full or queen size). The location puts you in the heart of midtown/Times Square and near most major train lines, so getting almost anywhere in the city is very easy. I recommend rooms in the front of the bullding, especially if you like to open your window, since there can be a lot of noise from cars and trucks entering the Lincoln tunnel at the rear of the hotel. Rooms in the front also have a great view of midtown.
There's not a fitness center, and there's no getting around it's a very small space.

They compensate for the size of the room with flawless design. A lot of thought clearly went into how to have everything a guest would need in the minimal amount of space. For example, electrical outlets, USB ports and nightlights at each bed, and several clothing hooks on the wall. I was also happily surprised that the room seemed very well soundproofed. It's possible there wasn't anyone staying next to me, but if there was, i didn't hear anything. And a great bonus was that the window opened -- rare in NYC -- and that it provided a glorious view of midtown Manhattan.
The "pod" room was implicitly small, and I couldn't get my Chromecast to work with the WIFI, though there was a very convenient HDMI port provided.

I loved the location and the staff, they were an excellent addition to our trip
It would be better if there was a microwave or an ice station for guests

The bed and pillow are so comfy.
The location is very convenient, a few minutes walk to Broadway and Times Square.
The room is small but functional and has a nice city view
The drain has a little bit of a bad smell.
The ventilation in the bathroom does not work.
The bathroom door can't be closed tightly.

Location is very close to Times Square , staff are helpful
The room is a bit small, if you have anything bigger than a carry-on you will only be able to open it on the bed, which is not practical

Room is small but has everything you need. Times square is super close, especially nice if you visit a Broadway musical.
Area is quite noisy and we had a room towards a busy corner, so we heard a lot the street but not any of room neighbours.

The room was well located.
I didn’t like that the front lobby stuff charged my credit card the full price for four nights without my authorization instead of only the security deposit due to be returned if there was no damage to the room when I had already paid them online through your site using PayPal. I’m still waiting on my full refund. So that has to be rectified because I cant understand how one takes more ones than required from a customer.

Not far away from a subway-station.
Central location in NYC.
