The location is very convenient to the convention center and to nice restaurants etc.
Poor service. Valet ticket/card for electric services didn't work to get a response the entire 4 days stay. I had to go down to request my car (but I paid for the convenience of NOT having to do that). I was locked out of my room because padlock battery died. I tried to tell them at the front desk and they insisted I just needed a new room key then it took maintenance 30 min to get to my room to change the lock which made me 40 min late to an engagement (between lock issue and not being able to get valet to bring my car around even when the request was made downstairs with valet...). No microwave in the room. The only microwave was ancient and in a very small room by the front desk. Room is not a luxurious room. You can tell the hotel is older and the style of the hotel is dated.

Everything! Clean, pristine, welcoming staff, accommodating staff, smiling faces, complimentary toiletries and beverages, great view from my room, outstanding room attendants! Just an A plus plus plus
Not one thing! This is a MuST stay place!

Great Service, Friendly Employees, Felt safe with the security to get to guest rooms, etc.
Parking wasn’t an issue but would’ve like an easier entrance to the hotel than what it currently has.

Clean and near everything
Very expensive for 2 night getaway for our 3 year anniversary. the room was nice but we could not get a comfortable temperature. The room was very warm, we even cut the air down to 60 degrees and it still would not get cool in the room. Made it hard to have. Good night sleep for the price we paid

Everyone we encountered from the Hilton team was friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed with a pair of folks who made us feel good about our decision to stay at the Hilton. These were the woman that helped us get checked in and the valet who parked our car. We encountered these two again during our stay and were greeted very warmly, these two are great ambassadors for both Hilton and the city of Charlotte.

The location fit exactly what we needed. We were able to walk to everything restaurants and shops. We also were able to walk to the spectrum center for our concert.
I also was very impressed with the staff, any staff we engaged with, were accommodating, courteous, and very helpful.

Breakfast was superb. The cook made custom omletts for us, and the waitresses kept coffee & juice full. Food quality great.

Comfortable bed, close to activities, friendly staff. Impressive decorations (kids blown away by how fancy it was🥰)
Escalators down, one of the circular doors was broken. Bathroom doors in the room have frosted windows so turning in the light at night brightens the room quite a bit.

Great location early check in friendly and helpful staff.
They did not have any place to eat after 11 pm when we returned from a concert. Not a variety of snacks available.

YMCA access onsite was amazing
Some of the signage was a little tough to navigate, beginning with the garage vs. valet parking

Location convenient
Valet only had 2 working at check out time

It’s close to everything you can imagine. Anything you are interested in visiting or doing isn’t more than a 15 minute drive.
Valet took a little long to get my car each time but it doesn’t sum up my trip.

It’s 2023 and this hotel doesn’t even come with decent internet or even a smart tv. Maybe all the money went to the bathrooms.
