Fun place to stay, nice facilities, food was great!

Complimentary gifts, great burger, location. ice cubes bagged.

Great stay for pet friendly hotel

Great location for being central to downtown Portland or wanting to go across the river. Being pet friendly is crucial for us and they were very supportive and pleasant about our pup being with us

Very noisy. Could hear all of the outside noise as well as other guests in their rooms

Cheery, comfy and super dog friendly

Super comfy bed, despite European style folding, dogs loved it and enjoyed the yummy pineapple dessert

Great value in downtown Portland

The location was convenient, and the value was excellent. The hotel was clean and my room was comfortable. I enjoyed the little "pineapple" touches and fun styling.

My room was facing the Morrison Bridge and it was fairly noisy. I could hear traffic and a train/streetcar throughout the night.

A friendly, fun place to stay for a weekend visit to Portland

The Hotel Rose is a fun place to stay. The energy hits you the moment you walk into the lobby. Joanne at the reception desk is wonderful. She is jovial, caring, and provides exceptional customer service. Moreover, the staff at Bottle&Kitchen provide excellent service in the on-site restaurant.

Modern hotel with pineapple theming

Location is good, right by the park and near the river, as well as close to a dense city area. Bed was good, room amenities all good. Even had a tea pod for the coffee maker. The dedication to the pineapple theme is charming.

Clean, fun staff.

Missed the driveway and parked in hotel underground parking- had to bring cart down to garage to empty car due to broken glass and car break ins. Hotel does not assume liability for car break ins.

Very good

Love how modern the hotel looks and loved the convience of the restaurant IN the hotel. Which the food was exceptional. The only complaint is that we didn't have coffee pods in our room it was almost like the maids just forgot to re stock the coffee bar. Other than that it was perfect

great Portland location

Great location and really great amenities.

Some of the homeless shouting outside in the middle of the night woke us up. Not sure what can be done? Also, there seemed no way to cool the room down to sleep a little cooler. The room was too warm.

Overpriced for what they "offer"

The coffee made at the restaurant was exceptional

That parking is minimal and low clearance if you have a tall vehicle. The noise was atrocious, we went to bed around 11:30 or a little later. People were coming in at all hours being rambunctious, slamming their room doors and hollering in the hall after coming out of the elevator. The noise outside from people was just as bad. There is no USB outlet adapters, so if you forget yours, be prepared for a dead phone. I could go on... But these were the main points. Will not return. Very loud and not restful for the price.

This is our second stay and we like the quirky things this chain has done to make your stay comfortable.

The gym could use a bit more equipment.

Great hotel and value!

The hote is very clean and modern! The staff was great and very responsive. The hotel restaurant had delicious food and cocktails.

The location is a little sketchy. There were random people walking around in the parking lot.

A perfect stay

An awesome hotel, especially for dog owners. The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfy and the bar downstairs is really good. What more could you want?

Very good

Comfortable bed and bedding. The front desk employees were very friendly. Convenient location if you are attending any shows.

The floors were freezing cold. Even with the heat up to 70 the floors never warmed up. The Max line runs right next to the hotel, so you’ll hear that every time it goes by. The bar staff was super rude and acted like they were annoyed you were there.

I loved the dinner and drinks! Atmosphere was great and the staff were very kind!

The location worked great. My hubby and I went to a concert at Moda Center so it was very close!

The only thing was that it smelled like weed on the entire 4th floor, but it really wasn’t an issue.

It was convenient to the St. Vincent Hospital

We arrived in one car, but it appears we were charged to park two. Room 326 was extremely noisy from the upstairs guests. The shower was only partially enclosed and there is no heat in the bathroom, making it a very cold experience

Short stop in Portland

I liked the beds and pillows. Very comfy! The pineapple cookies were scrumptious. And as much free cold bottled water as we wanted was a nice touch.

We were on the 4th floor facing the river. It was a little noisy, but not terrible, and it quieted at night, so it was fine. It rained, but you can't help that!
