The size of the room.
There was dirty cloths left behind in the room. That the late check out i had emailed the night before couldn't be offered.

The breakfast buffet and location were great, and ADA accommodations were good, especially in the bathroom.
The room smelled dank and humid, which made it uncomfortable to breathe; receptacles were loose for plugging items in; and the receptacle for the tall lamp was not fully attached to the wall so I could not plug it in. Only one side of the room had light, so it was difficult to pack/unpack.
