Convenient location
I didn’t like the breakfast

They didn’t have a lot of options for breakfast and it was not what I was expecting.
The hotel could’ve been cleaner. It was clean but you could still see hair in the hair dryer or paper clips next to the bed.

Great are. Easy lite rail access and walking capability. Great selection of restaurants and entertainment
A little dated, beds Ok but not the best I’ve had, the extra locked front door was a bit concerning at check-in but easy once we had a room key. Wierd the lobby bathrooms are on the second floor. Couldn’t find breakfast.

The location of the hotel for university events is very good. Can't be beat. It is also close to the LRT station.
The property is very dated and there's likely no incentive to improve it because of its proximity to the university, its likely going to continue to sell out for events.
No HD tv, old bathroom grout, old carpet, faucets in shower don't work properly.
