Nice rooms and restaurants.
Would be nice if the workout facility was attached and not across the road. Hiking trail was 1/2 mile long on gravel. The warning sign is enough to scare you off. Directions to rooms was confusing

Your staff was amazing from check-in to check-out

Staff, restaurants, especially Grand Cafe's breakfast buffet. Cleanliness of rooms. Entertainment. Grounds. Shuttles, trollies.
New movie channels were not available to guests.

Pool area gorgeous
Signage confusing, no elevators, you put 2 seniors in building 7…no housekeeping 1st day & we were gone until 8am - 4. Said something & then they sent someone as we were finally back in our room? Rest of week was great!
