Que estaba muy cerca de Disneyland
El costo del alojamiento que no te incluye ni un desayuno sencillo, no te arreglan las camas, tu lo debes hacer y el personal del lobby muy discriminatorio en el segundo día, estaban hablando en español y cuando se dirigían a nosotros en inglés pero en muy malos modos.
Les recomendamos buscar otro y pedir un uber para salir del parque, lo Unico bueno fue el personal del estacionamiento.

The location is excellent, the rooms were clean and fit our family of five very comfortably, the pool was spotless and of good size and easy to access.

Walls are bit thin and you could hear the people upstairs and the sink drained very slowly

I didnt like that I booked a 2 king bed room but got stuck in a room with 1 queen bed because apparently they gave my room away.

Perfect location within walking distance of Disneyland. The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
There is no elevator and we were on the second floor. It was a little inconvenient to have to haul our luggage/bags up the stairs.

A little inconvenience of first room had inoperable heater but immediately was changed to new room at request.

the room was nice and easy access to Disneyland . didn’t have to walk far
parking situation was horrible .. had 2 cars as we had a family room . they couldn’t accommodate us although parking was available only 1 vehicle was allowed . I’ve stayed here couple of times and never had this problem. talk to from desk and they said they couldn’t do anything about it if the valet didn’t want to take our second car in.. we had to take our second car over to a mall parking for overnight 2 days. worse thing you want to happen.

Hotel is directly across from Disneyland, the main reason I booked hotel. The room was clean and quiet. I did not hear any of my neighboring rooms. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice. Fridge kept everything very cold.
Parking is terrible here. That is the biggest downfall of the property. We were lucky enough to get an actual parking space. Otherwise you will be blocking other vehicles and will need to leave your keys with valet. The bathroom is TINY!! You can barely walk in and shut the door. It feels claustrophobic at times. Although I could not here my neighboring rooms, everyone that walked by felt loud, even if they weren’t. You can here families outside the room as they pass by. That wasn’t a huge deal breaker for me because it wasn’t constant.

It was very nice and had quick access to everything. Disneyland was a walk across the street. The parking was convenient for the price.
I didn't like that the pool seemed a bit dirty with hair wads in it. The jacuzzi was small. The vending machines were super expensive and seemed old with how the packages were all mostly sun beaten. The coffee machine and the mini fridge need work on. The AC was nice but unpredictable.

I like that’s is small hotel and you don’t hear a lot of ppl coming in and out though out the day and night so it’s fairly quite most of the time
I don’t the blinds they definitely need curtains because it’s super bright at night and the light shines right though the blinds from the outside and the beds where not soft and comfy
