Location and views. Starbucks coffee.
Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. The use of disposable plates and cutlery is not sustainable. The elevator is old and makes strange noises. Overall the hotel is quite dated.

The lodge is just a 5 minute walk to the gondola, shops & main resort area. The hotel room was big, beds were comfy.
The hotel must regulate the temperature in the rooms even though there is a thermostat. Our room stayed a consistent 73 degrees even when we turned the air down to 68, It never changed. There were a large amount of swallows nesting above our room - the ledge & window were disgusting - caked on layers of bird poop so we didn’t open the window. There is a small pool and hot tub but we did not use them.

I liked the hotel's location from The Exchange and a lake. I liked that there was complimentary breakfast in the reservation. I liked that it had an indoor swimming pool. The bed was very comfortable.
I wish the third party website mentioned the lodge having a swimming pool. There were a decent amount of channels available on the TV, but not very interesting. That's all.

Friendly staff & served eggs in the morning. The hot tub was hot & not too much chorine. Very fun in the cold weather. Had towels available at the pool.
Had to pay for parking in an empty lot, tired & worn facilities, no gluten free breakfast options.
