Localização, quarto amplo.
O hotel está com uma aparência decadente, merece uma revitalização

Proximity to Bryce Canyon National Park.
Sad old place. Needs major renovation. Things are old. Broken shower door. No power outlets with 10 feet of headrest. Really sad placE. And the word resort in the name is so misleading. More like a dirty old rundown motor inn.

Comfy bed. Really liked the artwork in the room too. Breakfast was good. Fruit, cereal, eggs, pancakes, toast etc.
TV is on the smaller side, but we weren't in the room very often.

The front desk lady was amazing, Dipika. with his son Manthan. They are so nice and kind. Helpful to my needs. Room was spacious and theres hair dryer to make your hair dry. and it is really nice. I also liked their bedsheets, its so calming in the eye. Breakfast was good with a good service of Paco. This is nearby the park so it is easy for us to access the park back and forth. overall, it was a good stay after all. Dont forget to visit their Giftshop at the front desk for their affordable jackets. And they have a good selection of Juices, my favorite one is the Passion Guava! i will be back again
Everything is perfect. Stress free environment.

The location was what we were looking for.
The room was very run down, with little maintenance. There was no hot water the first morning. The lights outside our room were so bright, and there were no curtains, just blinds on the windows, it was like day in our room at night.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. (And since most of the hotel is single-floor, there were no upstairs neighbors to worry about). The check-in staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a pleasnat surprise.

Got a full breakfast of scrambled eggs, potatoes, pancakes, oatmeal, juice options. Additional items included toast, cold cereal.

The bed was comfortable. The water got hot quickly. It was close to Bryce Canyon. Breakfast was included, although it wasn't great, but good enough to satisfy your hunger.
The outside looked really run down, first impressions matter, I thought what was I thinking when I booked this. They didn't shovel the snow away from the car to the hotel room, so we were tracking in snow because they didn't have a mat inside or out. We used one of our towels for a mat, after all we are there for hiking. Good thing it was just snow and not mucky red mud we were bringing in. Icicles were hanging down along the roof line and I'm only 5'2" and I hit one walking in.
The inside could have used some updating too, but much better than the outside. It didn't have a microwave either.

I w booked for best western grand where it was cheaper and came with free breakfast but booking . com booked me in another place. I didn’t check before vinfirming so I’m very upset and disappointed with booking.com , with you. I hope you refund the difference and the cost of breakfast we paid . it’s not the fault of the hotel but the fault of booking . com

the location it’s perfect! 8 minutes driving to Bryce Canyon national park. we got there after hours and they left my rooms keys safe and we’ll spotted. the parking is right in front of the room’s door and I like that very much. the bed was ok.
the shower didn’t work. it did work for 3 minutes and then stopped and didn’t work anymore. my friend and I took a cold shower with an outside temperature of 14 degrees. it was so late that we didn’t want to call for assistance.

Restaurant and pool were closed without notice. Breakfest was 2 candy bars. Advice: stay elsewhere.
