Magnifique séjour, proche de plusieurs centres d’interêt sans être au cœur de la foule et des nuisances. Personnel accue

Cet établissement est juste incroyable, l’hôtel correspond aux photos et est même plus beau en vrai. Le personnel est adorable, serviable et à l’écoute de vos besoins. L’emplacement est parfait, au centre de Manhattan proche de plusieurs centre d’intérêts sans être au cœur de la foule et des nuisances. L’hôtel est propre et les chambres sont toujours faites et rangée. Les équipements sont fonctionnels, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour un court ou long séjour.

excellent stay. will be back.

Two blocks from Penn Station. Super convenient when travelling by train. Very comfortable bed. Good water-pressure, good Aveda soaps, nice bathroom design. Well-equipped (fridge, kettle, etc.) Stunning views.

In-room dinning was so so (had the same experience with breakfast during a previous stay).

We will be staying here again! It truly was an Incredible place, awesome Location , comfy beds.

The location is incredibly convenient. Close to port authority, the Empire State Building and to Madison Square Garden. It’s a 20 min Uber ride to 9/11 memorial. 30 minutes from Central Park. There were no complaints to be had!

Honestly, I have no complaints.

Fantástico para ir de turista

Sin duda alguna este hotel tienw una ubicacion privilegiada, en cada esquina de la banqueta puedes tomar las dos principales lineas de metro y en un rango de tres cuadras al menos 6 de las principales atracciones de NY.

El unico problema pero lo tienen todos los hoteles es que si estas en un piso bajo puedes tenercmucho ruido exterior

I would stay again.but it’s to expensive not to have at least a microwave and continental breakfast

It was nice and close to the event and shopping and easy access to food

No microwave for all the money you pay you should be able to heat your food

Il Covid 19 giustifica tutto

Praticamente tutto a posto, struttura bella, posizione ottima, personale cordialissimo. Ottimo punto di riferimento.

Il mancato servizio di pulizia della stanza. Capisco che non il Covid ci sia qualcuno che non voglia avere il servizio svolto ma se viene espressamente richiesto dal cliente perché non effettuarlo? Capisco il risparmio dell’azienda ma questo non può essere un beneficio economico unilaterale. Per il resto niente da eccepire.

All was well. The one issue I had was promptly handled as best they could. I came back to my room and smelled smoke i.e. cigarettes. I don't smoke. Phoned the Guest Services and in all a room above or below was smoking and I was not the only one to complain. They did offer another room.

Noise from the street, but that can't be helped.

Perfect location. Great food close by.

location is great. Less than 10 mins to Times Square. Hop skip to Penn Station. Mad House coffee shop right under the hotel. Great Bagel places under the building. Great restaurants and facilities close by.

This was my 6th stay. Hotel front desk very rude. Rooms need updating. Wont be back.

The location is great. The guys at bell services are outstanding. The saving grace of this hotel these days.

Super super oplevelse. Et virkeligt dejligt hotel som har den perfekte beliggenhed på Manhattan.

Vi fik et værelse på 36. etage, næstøverst. Fremragende udsigt og lækkert værelse. Flot og stilfuld indretning og mange lækre detaljer som lys i kædeskab, usb opladning i sengelamper og udsigt til frihedsgudinden fra brusekabinen! God og professionel service fra alle medarbejdere.

Nogle gange lidt lang ventetid på elevator når man skulle ned selvom der var 3 som kørte helt op til 36. etage. Jeg tror nogle gange allokerede de dem til gæster som skulle på restauranten på 5. sal.

Couldn’t have asked for a better day

It was super convenient to all my booking appointments. The train station was right around the corner. So much food to choice from. Great view of the city sky lines.

The scaffolding in front the building. No microwave to head up my food if it got cold.

Quando tornerò a nyc tornerò sicuramente da voi

Lo sceglierei altre 1000 volte. La posizione super, a pochi minuti da time square, a 2 passi dalla metro, a 8 min dall empire. Pulizia al top e camere davvero grandi.

Great place to stay in Time Square

Penn station is near by and walking distance to time square. Room was spacious compare to other hotels in time square and staffs were very attentive.

Lift was confusing to use at first and felt unsecured as it can access to any floors without tapping the card.

Worth the cost x benefit

The room met all expectations for our quick trip. The room is very cozy, with space for the husband to put his suitcase. The location was perfect for our schedule. Close to the metro and main points of the city.

The only thing I didn't like was the cold water for showering in the morning.

A decent mid-town choice

The room was comfortable and having Netflix on the TV helped the evening relaxation. The mid-town location has its advantages for tourist sites. Staff were helpful.

The reception on the sixth floor was unusual. The lobby was crowded when I arrived. Mid-town has its disadvantages if mass tourism isn't the objective.

All staff encountered during our stay were welcoming, very pleasant, and helpful!

overall our stay was great. We opted for the skyline view, I just wish there was a way to see the view from each room before booking. no complaints otherwise.

Best for skyline views (at a premium) and location

The floor-to-ceiling window in our room on 24th floor with very impressive skyline view made the experience. The location was ideal for shopping on 34th Street.

The room was a little rough around the edges with chips to tiled walls in room and ensuite and general wear and tear. The reception was on the 6th floor so you generally bypassed this each time you accessed your floor from the ground floor. The elevators were very busy at times (wait times up to 15mins) and crammed full of people. Also, we stayed 5nts and the room was not vacuumed once during that duration which was not ideal.

The staff makes your stay 10x better.

The staff was the highlight, especially the gentlemen at the ground exit. Mike was especially kind to us and our baby boy.

Each time I stay at this hotel - it's exceptional experience!

Wonderful helpful people, stylish decor, comfortable and relaxing room, convenient location close to the Penn Station. I ordered the room service, it was super fast and the food was delicious!

Our family had a great stay while attending an event at MSG and shopping.

We loved the location and our room had a great view. We felt very secure. Dinner at VERSA was perfect - a fun venue with great food.

We liked everything!
