Safe and comfortable

Beds were comfortable The front lady was really nice. She tried and fix our TV right away. I'm sorry I don't remember her name It was very quiet We were coming from Phoenix AZ so we were really tired

Pillows were hard, I brought my own so it helped Our TV didn't work on any other channel. It would say no signal The password to Wi-Fi kept saying it was wrong.

Pleasant

The room was sufficient and satisfactory for what we needed during our time there.

Seems the rooms weren't as sound proof as they could be.... noise from hallway and from people in the neighboring rooms was quite noticeable.

I called before I booked my stay and asked if pool was open and manager told me it was so I proceed in booking the room

The location is good

The elevator has been out of order for over 3 weeks the breakfast has been the same for the past 3 weeks ! The breakfast is never ready by the time they say it will be ready !

I tried Microtel but probably be staying at the Motel 6 next time

The elevator has been out of order for over a week , breakfast has been the same for the past 3 day Saturday Sunday and Monday !

Absolutely nothing

very bad breakfast. they didn’t clean the room for 4 days until they were asked to clean it, they didn’t take out the garbage from the room, they didn’t change the towel, there was no hot water in the hotel for three days. and for the fact that there was no cold water, there was no loyalty

reception was very prompt and room was clean.

clean, convenient and very helpful front reception staff.

kitchen area needs care. microwave had old spilled coffee. Milk container in refrig without caps. No hair dryer in room.

It was clean

I didn't like the noisy neighbors above me and the neighbors right next door that smoked when it should be a smoke-free environment I let desk staff know about the noise above my room and I felt nothing was done I also reported my neighbors next door and the desk staff member tried to play it off by telling me there was nobody in that room she kept on mentioning that room was empty but she knew I was referring it to the other room beside my room she just played dumb.
