We’ll-cared for resort, reasonable pricing, great amenities, great location.

The resort is well cared for and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The amenities were appreciated. We would definitely come back—takes about bringing our entire family (kids and their spouses and grandkids).

There was nothing we didn’t like. All good!!

Javelinas Dance

We loved the welcome and all the explanations we received from Elyce the amazing concierge. The customer service was so nice. Our studio was above expectations, and super comfortable. We saw some wild javelinas in the car park which was pretty dope.

Unfortunately, the wifi stopped working an entire evening + the following morning, just went we had important work things to submit. Our 4G hotspots didn't work super well. The person at the reception didn't know how to help, and we ended up in a coffee shop. Not a big deal, a lesson for us to be more organized if something like that happens.

Gute Hotel in der Nähe von Sedona

Mini Wohnung mit Küche und viel Platz in ruhiger Lage. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit die Waschmaschine zu nutzen und das Hotel bietet Waschmittel

Awesome resort at an unbeatable price!

Staff is very friendly! Our room was nice and clean and roomy! Bathrooms are really nice at the resort–large, modern, clean, and comfortable. It's practically a big oe-bedroom apartment! During our stay in December, it was nice and quiet. We really loved it!

It's close to Sedona and Jerome but getting to either Prescott, Flagstaff, or the Grand Canyon can be a bit of a drive. But, I doubt there are nicer rooms to stay closer to those places.

This was our third stay. Nice apartments dated however, but comfortable for our needs.

Nice and convenient location to old town Cottonwood, Sedona and vineyards in Cornville.

This last apartment was way too close to heavy roadside traffic on Cornville highway.

Good comfy and well appointed home base to explore the Verde Valley and Sedona attractions

Good location between Sedona and Cottonwood/Jerome so we could explore all the awesome national parks and historic towns over a few days. Great little kitchenette for making meals, and several bbqs to grill on. It was also really nice to have a swim in the pool on a hot day.

This is the second time I stay at the Highlands Resort and I love the rooms, the amenities and the staff are always beyond helpful. The place is very clean and has a great vibe. Will be back on my next trip to AZ!

Excellent facilities and staff are very helpful. Exceptional value, exceeded our expectations.

Laundry on site, free washer & dryer use.Has a seperated adult hot tub that stays open until 12. Nice private balcony with table.

A little out of the way of you're just driving on I-17 but well worth the side trip to Cottonwood.

We absolutely love the location because it's Central to all the sightseeing Within a 30 minute radius. The rooms are honestly the cleanest in the area. I'm a germaphobe and I like to sanitize everything in my room and then wipe it down and there was not a speck of dirt when I wiped it down. I was impressed. We stayed here in 2019 and really enjoyed it and decided to come back and we're glad we did. The bathrooms are beautiful and the Jet tub is great. The shower is big. The bedrooms are secluded with their own door which is nice and the bed was super comfortable. Even the pull out bed was really comfortable for the kids. I love that they provide a kitchen full of utensils to use to cook your own food. Because we get tired of eating out on vacation. There is a beautiful pool and hot tub and a workout room which is great. You can buy snacks up at the office and drinks if you don't want to run up to the store. The staff is really friendly and very informative about sightseeing in the area. Overall, we've stayed at a lot of places and this is probably the best one we've stayed at in arizona. Highly recommend this for a place to stay near Sedona, Jerome or Cottonwood. So much to do nearby and it's nice to come back after a long day to a giant bathtub and a beautiful room.

Honestly I don't have any complaints about this place.

For my buisness trip this was perfect, I could eat sone meals in and had a large enough place to work from when I wasn’t

The room had a kitchenette donut had a one bedroom apt feel. It was easy to get around the between Cottonwood and Sedona from here.

I like everything about my stay.

This property is in a great location, and has a lot to offer, great spacious rooms with a fully stocked kitchen! They have a pool and spa area that stays open until 10 pm, and an Adult only spa within a different location of the property that stays open until 12 Midnight.

This was the perfect stay!

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed in our unit. It was very quiet and peaceful, and a great location for hikes in south Sedona. The staff were helpful and friendly. I cannot fault anything about this place, and the prices were very reasonable too. We'll definitely stay here again!

It could have been nice to have bigger televisions - understand that space is limited, so they may have been the biggest available.

Resort and amenities were great the room was way off par for such a nice place.

The amenities and the room set up a very nice.

Unfortunately, we got a unit C 100 that seem to have recently had some sort of spill or accident, and was being shampooed out of the carpets and dried by a large fan when we arrived. The unit reeked of an awful food mixture odor that lasted well through our weekend. We notified the front desk and nobody seem to know what was going on with the unit and was offered to move the night before leaving, but did not want to pack up all of our things the night before we have to do it again to leave.

overall stay was good and would choose to stay here in the future.

our condo seemed to have had their carpets cleaned and were extremely wet. We left a message with the front desk as they weren’t available to answer the phone. By the time they contacted us to offer moving rooms but by that time we had completely settled in and chose not to move. pullout couch was very uncomfortable for sleeping.
