Five-star hotels with louge-bars and restaurants are located nearby, where guests of the apartment can not only have a delicious dinner, but also spend a nice evening. The complex is equipped with video surveillance cameras, a reception area, as well as beautifully decorated and at the entrance to the reception you will always be greeted with a bouquet of fresh flowers. The apartment has 140 m². The apartment is very sunny, comfortable, tastefully furnished, with views of the mountains and the ocean. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms one of which with access to the terrace, 2 bathrooms, separate spacious kitchen, laundry room, living room with access to the lower terrace with a partial view of the ocean and the mountains. There are marquise and curtains, as well as a dining table. The kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, cutlery and dishes in sufficient quantities, coffee maker and kettle. On the terrace there is a sufficient amount of garden furniture for quality rest. Along the perimeter of the terrace planted numerous Canarian plants. The complex is located 1 km from the sandy beach "Playa del Duque", 2 km from the supermarket "Mercadona (Gran Sur)", 5 km from the golf course "Golf Costa Adeje", 6 km from the water park "Siam Park", 9 km from Golf Playa de Las Americas golf course, 21 km from Aeropuerto Reina Sofia (Sur) airport, 83 km from Aeropuerto de Los Rodeos (Norte) airport.

What a great apartment this was. The facilities were wonderful. The lounge area. bedrooms and kitchen were spacious, light and very clean and the two patio areas were large and well equipped. The whole complex was spotlessly clean. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance however although it didn't bother us, the sea front is a steep walk away. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment and would certainly book again. The shower in the bathroom could do with updating. I'm sure your visitors would appreciate a newer barbecue.

With 5 people we had all the space and luxury we wanted. Beds are good - kitchen fully equiped - balcony good for breakfast and lunch and on top the lovely terrace with sunbeds and many chairs. The sunshades are good when you need them. The climb up hill is steep but once you know how to go through the complex with two elevators it is easy to go up. Elfida helped in any way she could and showed us how to go through the complex on arrival. Contact with Asten Realty was great and fast all the time. If you want a great holiday, book this appartment.

Perfect stay. The apartment was better than expected and Elfida was amazing. We had such a great time we will definitely book this apartment again. Definitely amazing value with the full kitchen and laundry room, air conditioning, towels and bedding, satellite tv and amazing WiFi. The balcony and roof terrace were very big and great for our stay. Thank you so much.

Pleasant apartment in a up market area. Due to building works, closest supermarket 10 minute walk. Would not recommend to elderly or infirm, only due to the steep hill and even steeper bend leading to gate entrance.
