About this villa rental
Located in Costa Adeje, this charming villa for $407 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Luxury villa in the south of Tenerife with private garden and private heated swimming pool. Beautiful ocean view from breathtaking location. Walking distance ( 750 meter) to beaches of Costa Adeje and Playa de Las Americas. 3 sleeping rooms and 3 bathrooms (one is small with no shower). The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen and provides facilities like TV, fast internet access, ping pong table, BBQ, prairie, etc. The Villa is located within 100 meters of the famous top level restaurant El Molino Blanco and within 400 meter of the brand new Siam Park (water adventure). Also close to all the centers of interest which make this house a good base to discover the Island. The private pool area and teh stairs are protected by a nice fence which makes the Villa very child friendly. Extra kots and beds for babies available too. Also parking place available at your own private backdoor. Sports: Welcome to Sports paradise! Except for swimming, which is possible even in winter due to the seas constant warm temperature, you can also enjoy the stunning golf-courses, tennis courts, and gyms. The coastline between Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos is perfect for surfing: There is a surfing school where you can also rent equipment. For those who love walking there are ample route choices; from the well-known La Caleta-Los Cristianos, a 12 km stretch along the beach and suitable for all, to more challenging inland routes. Kids and children: Kids are are extremely welcome on Tenerife. In addition to the numerous beach activities (beaches are often equipped with various games, trampolines, inflatable water slides, etc.), the family atmosphere makes them feel at ease. They can have a try at a new sport, such as surfing or golf, supervised by qualified instructors (Los Palos, 16 Km). They mustn’t miss the visits to the Loro Parque in Puerto de la Cruz and to El Parque de las Aguilas (Arona). Besides being located in a natural resort, these parks offer various recreational activities as well as a very interesting wildlife(falcons, parrots, birds of any species, and even dolphin shows!). The Aqua park in the S. Eugenio area, with its breathtaking water-slides and dolphin shows will surely be very much liked by children but also by parents in search of an adventure. You must not miss the boat trip to admire the various colonies of whales and dolphins that have chosen to live there all year round. Shopping: If you love shopping this is the right place for you! You will find very beautiful shops, both boutiques and commercial (Zara, H&M, Timberland, Benetton, Etam). In most of the outdoor malls of Parque Santiago 5, Safari, Meridiano, El Duque, and S. Eugenio there are also luxury boutiques with the best haute-couture names. The South is famous for its very large perfumeries where the prices of beauty products are generally cheaper than in other European countries. Be careful as this is not true of all brands. There are often considerable discounts on all sorts of perfumes and creams however: Luxury products have a lower price due to the Canary Islands' tax system, as goods are not subject to our VAT. Spirits and cigarettes which you will find in almost all the supermarkets, as well as some electronic items definately cost less. There are also jeweller’s shops which are official resellers of the best world brands that will surely tempt you more than once.

Beautiful well appointed villa in the heart of everything but in a quiet neighbourhood. Private and spacious. Great outdoor space. Pool was fabulous and enjoyed by all. Would come back to stay and recommend highly.

Arrived with 2 other couples to this stunning villa.
Upon settling in it soon became clear that everything you will need and more is available There are various areas to sit outside from round the pool to the patio area and side tables near the bbq .The views are stunning from the sea to the mountains .The location means it’s a short walk away from the bar’s restaurants and supermarkets,although the hill to the villa is very steep and I wouldn’t recommend it for people who have mobility issues . Had a great time and the host Peter is very informative. Hopefully we will be back very soon .

We have just spent an amazing 10 days of family time in this villa. We have zero complaints about anything at all! Yes as others have said, the hill and steps are HOT to do in August when you return to the villa during the day, so just be prepared. But my parents both aged 75 managed to do it everyday and hop in the pool as soon as they were back so it’s doable for most! So many kitchen glasses, plates, towels for us all to use. Short 15 min walk to Siam Park, and 20 mins to Siam Mall. 5 min walk to closest restaurant, and another 5 mins further to tons of bars and restaurants, and another 5 mins further is the beach! Such a quiet safe feeling neighbourhood - so not the place for party groups out of respect to the neighbours. Thank you Peter for allowing us to stay in your lovely place. We would love to return someday if you’d have us.

Wow!!! What can I say. Our stay at Villa Alegria was perfect from start to finish. The villa was spotless, well decorated and perfectly equipped. The pool was beautiful alongside the view of the sea.
Easy walking distance to the beach, 8 minute walk to Siam was perfect and there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance.
Communication with Peter was excellent and Ana and Angela were lovely and obviously worked very hard to keep the villa clean.
I would highly recommend Villa Alegria to anyone and will definitely be back!!!

What a great find! The villa was absolutely perfect and was equipped with everything we could wish for, it’s one of the nicest villas we have stayed in. The pool area was lovely with beautiful views out to sea, and it was within a short walking distance of all of the best bars and restaurants in Costa Adeje. You do have to walk up a few hills on the way back though so be prepared!
Peter’s communication from the moment of booking was great too. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa to friends and family - we had a brilliant holiday, thank you Peter for letting us stay!

Location is great, in a quiet area but only a short walk to the sea-front, supermarket and Siam Mall and Siam Park.
Communication with the owner was excellent, responding to all enquiries within minutes.
We would not hesitate to book this villa again.

Stayed here over new year and it was absolutely beautiful. Amazing villa, very high standards - we didn’t want for anything. Made good use of pool and ping pong tables. Lovely views down to the sea. It was in a quiet area with a 5-10 min walk to the beach, and an amazing restaurant right at the bottom of the road. Communication with Peter very easy and he really helped us out with anything we needed. Definitely recommend staying here.

lovely quiet villa, a bit too quiet for a party of older lads here for the football, you could not here a peep from the surronding villas, although we played no music we upset a few of the residents with our chatting and laughter around the pool area, but a beautiful villa for families and couples that are not noisy as its super quiet, taxi drivers trying to get out the private road caused a lot of noise too on at least two occassions where the button to open the electric gates did not seem to work, definately for old people access to the villa extremely hilly we all in our 50s 60s leg aches was a big concern,

Everything from communication to arrival was spot on. The villa and pool has everything you need and more. Perfect location for everything. Fantastic place to chill with family . Taxi can fdrop you just outside . Its very private and very very clean.

What a fantastic stay, from being greeted on arrival by Ana to the fresh fruit on the table and the place was spotless. The villa has ample of space with two bathrooms, no need to queue for the shower. The location was perfect only a 10 min walk to restaurants bars and the beach, and the views were spectacular. There are a few steps but these are not a problem. Would definitely recommend

We travelled as a family of five adults to stay at this villa for a week. It is just as described on the listing, it’s a fabulous villa, with really wonderful outside space. Inside the villa was spotless, and it had all amenities and utensils etc you could possibly require. Great gas barbecue. The pool area got the sun all day, perfect. Location only a short walk downhill to the supermarket, and also to the seafront. Uphill coming back, but taxis were plentiful and reasonably priced! Would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks Peter!

This is a great villa in a great location, it is fully equipped and has everything thing you need and more, had a couple of nice bbq meals, not far to restaurants and bars and very quiet, considering not far from main road, the Pool is great and as everyone mentions the pictures don't do it justice.

We had a fantastic if not slightly muted week at this lovely villa. The villa itself and the gardens were gorgeous with great view down towards Adeje and the sea beyond. The pool was a great size and the BBQ was in immaculate condition. The location of this villa has Two opposing points of view. Firstly it is nicely placed to walk to bars and restaurants and you are only a short down hill walk to the sea front walkway. We walked to Fanabe beach one day and Las America’s another so there is no issue accessing either through a gentle stroll. The supermarket is a 5 min walk which is also handy for provisions when you first land, the issue for this particular villa is that it states that the villa is child friendly and great for families, the villa might be the neighbours are not !! My children who are 9 and 5 respectively were told by the residents association manager to keep the noise down on 2 separate occasions. One at 9 am and the other at 4:30pm. Both times the kids were just enjoying themselves in the pool. This was not teenagers having a rave or adults under the influence of alcohol but two children playing and splashing in their own pool, I think the issue lies in that this villa is housed in a small residential area and I don’t think the residents are overly enamoured by noise at any level. Lovely Villa - Yes, Child friendly - No.

We went to this villa in June for 1 week with 4 kids with us aged 18,13,8 & baby at 6 months and had a brilliant time, the villa itself could not have been anymore perfect for us........loads of space inside the villa for us all and outside pool and BBQ area was absolutely perfect for us.The villa was well situated for closeness to airport, 10 mins walk to Siam park, aqualand, shops, resteraunts etcThank you for a lovely holiday!! x
