An excellent choice for those on a short trip wanting to be on the heart of things.

Excellent location. Canal view was great. Room was more than adequate for a short trip. Comfy beds. Good shower. Air conditioning great. The lady that checked us is was super friendly. Would definitely return. We had a quadruple room, but it had two rooms plus bathroom and was great for what we needed travelling as a family of four.

Perfect location, everything works in the room, air conditioning, friendly stuff.

No duvet cover , only bed sheet that is falling down during the night. So probably all the people sleep under one duvet.

The property did not say the AC was working but that’s the only issue is that there was no AC. Although they did place an Air Cooler there to help.

I wouldn’t stay here in summer.

The room was clean, staff was nice. It is close to all the nice places, but in venice, everywhere is close.

It was too hot and too loud. We couldn’t sleep at all. The bridge right under the hotel is always full of people and is loud all the time. There was no air conditioning, there was only a standing fan.

We had a wonderful stay. They are very responsive. I would stay there again!

Excellent location! Close to important landmarks. The staff was wonderful too. We arrived late due to train cancellations, but they were very accommodating to our circumstances. The room and bathroom were very clean. It's a good place to stay!

The mattresses on the twin beds were not great. Fortunately, my parents had the queen bed which had a better mattress. My daughter and I had the twin beds and it was hard to get comfortable. Also, the windows were left open before our check-in, and there were a LOT of mosquitoes...it was very annoying. We all had mosquito bites the next day.

Do not stay here in warmer months, anything over 70 degrees is very hot.

The location was great and the view of the canal from the windows was very nice. Having a code to come and go was easy and convenient.

The air conditioner was broken and the room got very hot even with the windows open. The noise from the bridge below and motor boats on the canal all night long made sleeping unbearable. We also left this facility covered in mosquito bites as the windows had no screens. Management was not available on the property to help with problems. In fact, the manager disappeared and stopped responding to all communication.

No air conditioning & bed bugs?

The location was great, and they were willing to hold our luggage.

The air-conditioning (listed as an amentity) did not work. We were told it did, and turned it on before we left to explore for the day because it was stuffy and warm in the room. When we got back, our room was HOT and the air vents were blowing out HOT air. We had to open the windows to get some relief, but it was still very warm outside. We had to sleep with the windows open to cool down our room, but it was still very stuffy and very warm. We woke up with small red bumps (bed bug bites?) all over our bodies. Would not recommend. We messaged the hotel through the booking app regarding the air conditioning when we got back to the hot room, and never got a response. After we woke up with red bumps and still have not heard back.

location and ease of access. the canal view was great and so fun!

needs more trashcans. the tiny one in the bathroom just wasn’t sufficient for a multi-day stay.

Superb

The location was great and very accessible to walk around the city. The room was cleaned everyday and towels changed.

The blanket was too thin and light especially in the current cold weather. Otherwise, they have also provided tea bags but no milk or sugar.
