Situated in Cahors, this attractive house for $99 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Classified / EXCEPTIONAL 5/5 AIR CONDITIONED house with GARAGE highly appreciated for its comfort and its location (300m from the most beautiful market in the southwest, 100m from Gambetta Boulevard, main artery of the city, Main street). DESCRIPTION OF THE HABITAT: This 75 m2 comfortable house / loft, 17th facade, approved by the Bâtiments de France, was completely modernized and fitted out in 2015, located in a very quiet area 100 m from the main boulevard of the city. It has a garage, which is very popular in Cahors ... because parking spaces are rare and expensive! This house / loft is ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate 4 people. On the ground floor : An entrance to the garage with space for 2 cars. Laundry area with washing machine and drying rack, freezer and storage. (You can also access the garage from the inside at the main entrance). A main entrance with spacious staircase to access the first floor. Upstairs : An American kitchen fully equipped with new with fridge, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave. American kitchen open to a lounge-dining area furnished design. One bedroom, lit by a discreet skylight, has a double bed, a closet / wardrobe and a chest of drawers. A large bathroom, with vanity unit, cupboard, and Italian shower. An independent wc. A staircase of beautiful architecture gives access to the air conditioned mezzanine which has a desk and convertible sofa with very good bedding (2 people), small storage furniture. Very bright loft lit by 3 large windows and 2 velux windows with electric shutters. Free internet, television, air conditioning. Can accommodate up to 4 people. No smoking. Animals are not allowed. The very attractive metal staircase in cast iron (which accesses the mezzanine) is not secure for young children. This house is located in the historic heart of the city and in a very quiet area, 100m from Gambetta Boulevard and Cahors Plage, close to all shops and restaurants, not to mention the market (one of the most beautiful in the Lot ) which is held near the cathedral on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. 2 beautiful Casino Supermarket, one near the house, the other on the boulevard. Very practical, you find everything you need. You can do everything on foot, even tours, and leave your car in the garage safely. Many buses are at your disposal.

The house was beautifully renovated and furnished, all appliances worked, perfect wifi, the air conditioning was welcome with the heat. Shops and restaurants a couple of minutes walk, the river 5 minutes. The keyholder and owners of the house were so helpful with up to date leaflets and advice, they made sure our stay went smoothly.

Séjour parfait
La maison est idéalement placé au cœur du vieux Cahors. à 5 min à pied du marché de la cathédrale et des commerçants.
La maison est très confortable, très propre (refaite récemment) non bruyante comportant du matériel récent pour passer un agréable et confortable séjour.
Le grand garage est extrêmement pratique pour garer une grande voiture ainsi que des vélos.
A noter que les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse et de bons conseils pour visiter la région.
Nous recommandons ce bien.

Wir wurden von sehr netten Vermietern freundlich empfangen. Das kleine Häuschen ist sehr gut renoviert und ausgestattet. Es war alles sehr sauber. Toll ist, dass eine Garage vorhanden ist. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt gleich um die Ecke. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen ist die Lage ideal.

The apartment is superb. It's a perfect location, loved being in old town. The contemporary design is lovely and a lot of thought was put into it by our hosts. We couldn't come up with anything that could be done better.The apartment, town, and hosts exceeded our expectations. It was a real gem.

Wonderful week in and around Cahors; perfect medieval ville location
We have vacationed in France from the US annually for may years, and this was one of the best accommodations. Great medieval town location, quiet street, in between the current main city road (Gambetta) and the ancient one (Rue National). Large recently renovated apartment. With included parking garage!! Fully equipped kitchen; comfortable queen size bed, lots of open space. Excellent hostess and host -- terrifically good communication before and during our stay. We will return!
The appellation Cahors vineyards are to our west and cave drawings even closer to our NE. Medieval "perched villages" 45 mins away. Great restaurant choices within 5-8 minute walk, from local cuisine to quite fine dining.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour: gite agréable, conforme au descriptif de l'annonce, proximité du vieux Cahors, tous magasins à proches, accueil des propriétaires, garage pour la voiture,... tout était parfait.
En tenant compte de la météo, nous avons pu nous prévoir un emploi du temps chargé avec ballades pédestres, visite de grotte, de château, de caves....

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans une charmante location avec tout le confort souhaité avec les commerces à proximité . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait de pouvoir rentrer tous les soirs la voiture en toute sécurité dans un garage. La région du Lot offre de multiples visites : Cahors , les grottes de Pech-Merle , Saint- Cirq-Lapopie etc....et une découverte de la gastronomie locale et de ses vins.Nous recommandons ce séjour aux futures personnes interessées par la découverte de la région.

Enchantés par cette location dans une magnifique région ,nous avons trouvé un logement très confortable et très propre dans une rue calme, proche du centre ville et avec un atout essentiel ,un garage privé.Une décoration moderne faite avec beaucoup de gout et avec un confort total.Un cadeau de bienvenue très apprécié.Mme et Mr Mauries sont très chaleureux serviables et discrets.

Appartement très confortable et moderne
Superbe appartement tout confort, très agréable à vivre, fonctionnel, lumineux, déco moderne et de bon goût, tout est pensé pour faciliter le séjour. La literie est très bonne et la cerise sur le gâteau il y a un très grand garage, ce qui est vraiment un plus, car il est difficile de se garer dans les petites rues de la vieille ville. En ce qui concerne l’accueil, nous avons été accueillis les bras ouverts, comme si nous étions de la famille ou des amis. Les propriétaires sont des gens vraiment charmants, qui méritent d’être connus. Je vous recommande vivement cet appartement très bien placé, à côté de toutes les commodités.

If you are looking for the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Lot valley, then Cahors is ideally situated, and this apartment, within the centre of the historic quarter of the city, would be hard to beat in terms of style, comfort and all round quality. We would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation.

This is a very cute apartement at an ideal location. Though it is a typically narrow townhouse, there is a lot of space on both levels of the apartement. It is well-kept, with consiberable equipment, e.g. the washer.
The welcome at Cahors was very cordial, but professional as well. Up front coordination was uncomplicated by voice and mail, the owner is very quick with feedback.
A very nice place in the historic town of Cahors. I highly enjoyed the stay. Merci a Gisèle.
