About this condo rental

Situated in San Marco, this attractive condo for $452 per night is a great option for your next break. A bright apartment with canal-view in San Lio, near Piazza San Marco and Rialto. The house is located on the second floor of an old residential building that was recently restored with beautiful wooden floors and traditional exposed wooden beams, typical of Venetian palazzi. It consists of: 2 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower cabin, and an open fully equipped kitchen with a table and relax corner with a comfortable sofa. On the house’s doorstep, you will find one of the best pastry shops in the city, where we recommend having breakfast and tasting traditional baked sweets. The area of San Lio is strategic to reach the city’s top landmarks: the Rialto Bridge and its markets, San Marco and its historical monuments, and Fondamenta Nove with its many waterbus stops connecting you to the islands of Murano, Burano, and Torcello. This area also presents many supermarkets, shops, cafes, and all types of restaurant. The closest waterbus stop is Rialto, at the foot of the iconic bridge, for easy and quick connections to all main attractions via the Grand Canal. Venice has six districts, known as “sestieri.” Castello is the most populated and most popular district of the city of Venice. Among the most fascinating areas there is Via Garibaldi, with its many shops, bars, and restaurants that open onto the street. From here, you can experience the daily life of the many residents who meet up here to chat and shop. Nearby is the monumental Venetian Arsenal, where the boats and ships of the Republic of Venice were built. Today, it is a magnificent space in which the Venice Biennale hosts some of its art and architecture exhibitions. Walking toward Sant’Elena, you cross the Giardini della Biennale, the other Biennale exhibition center. The Giardini open onto the largest green area of the city: the Park of Sant’Elena. Making your way toward San Marco, you step onto Riva degli Schiavoni, which leads you to Ponte della Paglia. From here, you can see the splendid Bridge of Sighs and can quickly reach Piazza San Marco, which is just around the corner.
