Everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, bed was comfortable, the room was really quiet even if we were on a busy street. Location was perfect, you could reach any iconic sites by foot and many cafes and restaurants were nearby.

Apartment was perfectly located, very well equipped and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. There was a lift to get us to our third floor apartment. Bed sheets and towels were changed promptly on request. Free WiFi provided.

We had booked for a week long stay. We ended up in a top floor apartment with the bed in a mezzanine-type floor at roof level accessed through a steep stairs. We kept hitting our heads off the steeply inclined roof when moving around in this space. There was no wardrobe or space to hang clothes. When I queried this issue I was told that there was a press in the bathroom behind the door. This press contained the hot water cylinder and was unsuited to storing clothes of any type. The shower water was cool at max setting particularly in the mornings. I queried this and asked for the water temperature to be increased. However, I was informed that the water temperature was governed by the solar system panels and electricity and should heat itself up. The issue persisted. On the Saturday evening someone was supposed to look at the issue but nothing changed and the water temperature remained cool. The final problem we had concerned a nasty smell in the apartment. We noticed this smell on arrival but put it down to a smoker having stayed in the apartment. We opened the balcony doors and the smell dissipated somewhat. On Wednesday the 7th we turned off the air con in the room during the day as the weather was warm. On returning to the apartment that evening the smell was very bad requiring the front and patio doors to be opened. I reported this (by Whatsapp) on the morning of Thursday the 9th but got no response. The smell persisted and I reported it again on the morning of Saturday the 10th (at 9.27am by Whatsapp) requesting that the the issue be resolved immediately or that we be moved to a different apartment. The smell seemed to be emanating from around the fridge which was leaking water due to a poorly closing door. At 19.20 that evening I got a reply to say that someone would drop up to the apartment to investigate the matter. We left for a pre-booked dinner before they arrived. However, the situation did not change, the smell remained and the shower remained cool.
