THE SEA HOUSE OF THE TORRE DI CHIA For your holidays, a spacious and comfortable rustic house a few meters from the beach, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen, but also a furnished veranda, two balconies and a small laundry corner. The house is part of a group of 4 villas immersed in a Mediterranean maquis park and a huge carpet of green lawn ... which reaches the beach less than 80 meters away. The large living room leads directly to the veranda overlooking the park, surrounded by fig, oleander, and tamericci plants with the scents of myrtle and lentisks ... The veranda is equipped with a large table, sunbeds and a pleasant outdoor shower to cool off when you return from the sea! Ideal for your relaxation, but also for the sense of freedom that this large space gives you! The view of the greenery, where you can read lazily, lying on the lawn while your children play ... Ideal for families, but also for groups of friends, as a retreat for an inspired artist, in the wonderful atmosphere of Chia. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor with a view from the balcony on the large lawn or towards the Chia tower. The living room is furnished with bespoke Sardinian artisan furniture and decorated with the colors and themes of the sea: corals, sand, woods, coral-shaped lamps, with a soft light for pleasant summer evenings! There are two bathrooms with showers made to measure with natural stone, comfortable and spacious. The rooms are bright and spacious, each with air conditioning, and these are also furnished with the restful neutral tones of beige and pink. The details of the curtains and decorations are handmade, with a design that follows the tradition of Sardinian craftsmanship revised in a contemporary key. The beach on which the houses overlook has the colors and transparencies of the famous sea of Chia ... beautiful in the early morning or evening at sunset; long walks to the tower or the flamingo lagoon, with your feet immersed in the water and the colors and scents of the sea on your face. Near the house, there are the main services, two markets, two pizzerias and restaurants, a bar. Very pleasant stay, especially for our 2 boys of 7 and 8 years who liked to play football on the field in front of the house. Amazing location, so nearby the very pretty beach. Kitchen equipment is quite basic, and especially with more people some more crockery and cutlery would be needed. Nevertheless, we had a great stay and we experienced a very good service.

We loved the location and the outside of the property. Within walking distance to the local bar for coffee and adjoining market and local fruit stands. The apartment is on two floors with two nice bedrooms and a small bunk bed room. Two bathrooms very well appointed. Marguerite was very kind and responsive to every need. Beaches in Chia are beautiful and one down the street was a gem and a longer one right in the backyard. Best time in Chia yet!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Chia. Das Haus ist wie in der Beschreibung. Neue Bäder und eine gute Küche, mit den meisten notwendigen Geräten. Die Lage ist einmalig. Unsere Kinder fanden das Fussballfeld und die angrenzende Grünanlage perfekt. Der Strand mit privaten Zugang ist der Schönste, den wir in der Umgebung gesehen haben. Massimo war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Urlaub ist in jedem Fall zu empfehlen.

Posizione impagabile

Ci siamo trovati bene. La zona è fantastica e la posizione della casa e’ unica. Bellissimo anche il parco per chi ha bimbi! Ci sono alcune aree migliorabili soprattutto riguardo le migliorie strutturali della casa. Molto disponibili in fase di check-in e soprattutto nel check-out... grazie ancora x averci lasciato qualche ora in più per partire con calma.

Rustikal, aber schön gelegen. Sehr nette Gastgeber. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Küche und Wohnzimmer. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Auch der Wunsch eines Grills wurde uns erfüllt. Gerne wieder!

We spent almost two weeks at Villa Torre Chia 1 and had a great time. The location directly at the beach and the park around the house is perfect, not just for families with kids. Massimo was very helpful with whatever questions we had or help we needed, even if it was not related to the house at all. Thank you very much!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen Ferien genossen in ihrem schönen, vollständig ausgerüsteten Ferienhaus an bester Lage, sehr nahe vom schönen Sandstrand. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen. Auch für die sehr gute und kompetente Betreuung durch Herr Massimo möchten wir uns herzlich bedanken. Auch haben wir die kurze Wanderung zum Torre di Chia mit der schönen Aussicht zum Meer und Strand mit der Lagune mit den schönen Flamingos, sehr genossen. Freundliche Grüsse aus der Schweiz.

Sistemazione ideale per godersi una vacanza al mare in tutta tranquillità. La casa è esattamente come risulta dalle foto pubblicate, molto carina e funzionale, tutti i locali sono in ordine, i bagni nuovi e la cucina ben accessoriata. L'accoglienza è stata ottima, persone squisite e competenti. Una vacanza da ripetere!

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille (3 enfants), et avons été séduits tant par la villa que par son cadre agréable. La villa est à la fois tout près de la mer et au calme.

L'unica cosa che ha di positivo questa casa è la posizione: in mezzo a un enorme prato e vicinissima alla spiaggia, da cui si accede dalla proprietà. Per il resto, si tratta di un'abitazione mal messa e poco curata. I bagni sono stati ristrutturati di recente e sono a posto, tranne quello al piano di sopra, dove non arriva acqua calda. La cucina, però, è disorganizzata e poco funzionale: oltre ad affacciarsi su un antro pieno di zanzare in cui viene messa la spazzatura (che equivale a dire, che la finestra non può essere lasciata aperta), il frigorifero è pieno di ruggine, vecchio e mal funzionante (nemmeno il cassetto della verdura era il suo: ne è stato messo un altro male incastrato che continuava a cadere); le pentole sono chiuse dentro un frigorifero più recente, ma utilizzato come mobile (un odore di plastica e di chiuso fortissimo); il gas non ha il minimo: quindi attenzione a cucinare, perché la fiamma non si modifica; nei cassetti delle posate c'è odore di muffa; gli utensili da cucina sono tutti vecchi e rotti. In generale, quindi, c'è poca cura, nonostante il prezzo. In sala quello che si vede in fotografia non è un divano ma una branda: quando ci si siede le molle sono talmente lasche che quasi si arriva a terra. I materassi delle camere e i cuscini sono pessimi. Anche gli esterni non erano puliti: tutto insomma un po' trasandato e poco curato. Peccato.
