Located in Seabrook Island, this charming house for $575 per night is a great choice for your next break. 770 Spinnaker Beach House Totally remodeled and getting ready to be your favorite beach vacation destination. As you enter this desirable end unit you will be greeted by spectacular golf course views from the beautiful picture windows. This house is full of natural light and you will love it's inviting and casual layout. New owners have recently completed whole house updates throughout, including the kitchen with new black stainless steel appliances and bathrooms with tiled showers and granite topped vanities. Two levels of living space allow room to roam. The bedroom on the first level has 2 Queen beds. A trundle bed in the sunroom, open to the kitchen, can accommodate additional guests. The second floor master bedroom has a King bed with access to an en suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite bath also. Close to the beach and all of Seabrook Islands resort amenities, 770 Spinnaker will not disappoint! Unpack your bags and start living the island life. Up to (1) dog welcome to join you on vacation. Additional fees apply. ** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL The fee to arrange Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rental rate. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). There is non-refundable pet fee which is added to the cost of the rental if bringing your dog. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement. SI Business License 2023

This rental property had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday visit to Seabrook. The kitchen was well stocked, the condo was CLEAN (which is a priority for our family!), it was close to everything. We rode bikes, walked the dogs on the beach, hung out at Fresh Fields, cooked in most nights -- just had the best time. The property manager was helpful and communicative for a slight "lock out" situation that we had -- our fault entirely. Would most definitely rent here again and again.

We had a great month, exceptional weather. Our Spinnaker Beach House was very easy to make home on for a month and proximity to the beach was wonderful. People and surrounding pets were very kind and dogs well behaved. Lots of renovations are happening so we did have plenty of trucks and workmen but would surely go back.

Our family loved the spaciousness, location and modern updates of this villa. The dining room table was large and spacious, there was plenty of seating in the living room, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well decorated. We were thrilled with the location - just across the street from the beach. I highly recommend this unit!

This property was perfect for my husband and me and our two teenage daughters. The location was great and we used our Amenity card daily to have access to the Beach club and pools. I definitely recommend renting bicycles for the week to navigate the island. The house was clean and well furnished and in a great location.

We loved the townhouse, location & tranquil views! Ease of reservations, communication with Coastal Getaways & home amenities were all perfect. Just a quick walk/bike ride to the beach & pool made our coastal vacay enjoyable . We’ve never visited Seabrook before & it is truly a little slice of heaven. We had a great time in this house! It was beautiful, clean, and the management company was incredibly responsive during our stay if we had any questions. It was a quick walk to the beach, although we chose to drive a little farther down to enjoy the larger section of beach. Having access to the Beach Club and Lake House pools was great!

My family and dog (small labradoodle) had a wonderful week staying at 770 Spinnaker. We loved the location being close to the beach and loved the decor and the space. The house is very comfortable. It was fun having bikes to get where we need to go. We rarely used the car.

I grew up with my parents owning a spinnaker so I already knew it’s one of the best locations on the island for a 2 bedroom with great, open space (can walk across the street to pelican beach or half mike up the street to the golf club and beach club/pools. It is also very nicely and appropriately renovated. There are no beach chairs/bike/toys so you can bring or rent (Kyle at sea salt surf has given my kids surf lessons at the public beach by kiawah the last few years and now also delivers bike/ chair rentals etc if needed) The unit did have a nice spice rack to the left of the stove which makes grocery shopping /cooking easier. We’re full members of the club so didn’t need the guest cards but it is important to rent a place that offers guest amenity cards on seabrook in order to use the beach club /pools/ tennis courts etc. you can find fees online. We would definitely rent this home again.

This property is our new favorite beach home! Everything about it was pleasant! It was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed to get our vacation started like paper towels, toilet paper, soaps etc. It had fully stocked kitchen appliances and utensils to prepare meals. It had comfy beds, beach chairs & toys, and an outdoor shower. It also had a place for us to plug in our rented LSV. The beach and pool are close but it was so awesome to have the low speed vehicle for a fun way to quickly zip there!! Great vacation!! Fantastic house, nice decor, nothing more you could ask for. Within walking distance to beach access. Great neighborhood to view wildlife. Grocery shopping close by. Easy drive to Charleston for sightseeing, and awesome meals. Highly recommend this house.

Thank you to the property owners for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home! This home was so well equipped with kitchen and cooking accessories. There was a spice rack stocked with an assortment of any spice you might need for cooking a delicious meal, which is not something I have seen at other rentals. Brand new appliances and beautiful light & airy decor throughout. Plenty of towels and blankets and the beds were comfortable. Very, very clean house. Spinnaker 770 is just a short walk to beach No.9...and a short bike ride to the club. An excellent location! Nancy, the property manager always responded very quickly and was very helpful with any questions. We adore Seabrook & really enjoyed our stay here!!! It was the perfect place for our multi-generational family vacation. (including our one year old's first vacation and our small dog). Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and we liked the cute beachy decor. The location was perfect and having access to the beach club was wonderful. We had a few issues (cable, mold from a ceiling leak) but they were dealt with immediately and professionally. The rental company was very helpful and pleasant. We would stay here again!

We loved staying here! The beds and furnshings were very nice and comfortable. The open concept and the large windows throughout the condo were very nice. The master bedroom has two decks. It was so nice spending time out there in the early morning and evening. There is another deck off the dining area. Several times in the early evening when we were sitting in the living room, deer would walk past the large windows facing the golf course. The location of the condo was very close to the beach and pools. We rented bikes and rode all over the island. It was so nice having our dog stay with us! Everyone we met on the island was very friendly. Last year we stayed at Kiawah. We prefer Seabrook over Kiawah. Highly recommend the condo and island!
