Situated in Seabrook Island, this lovely house for $529 per night is a great option for your next vacation. 736 Spinnaker Take a short stroll to the Beach Club ocean front pools, clubhouse, golf, and dining, or lounge on the upper deck while catching glimpses of the ocean. This Spinnaker Beach House has the perfect location. Situated just steps from Boardwalk 9 to Pelican Beach, you can walk to the sands to see the sun set over the Edisto River or the shrimp boats amble by with their day's catch. Ride your bikes or walk to the pools just .4 of a mile away. Enjoy drinks and dinner at the Pelican's Nest oceanfont restaurant (seasonal) or at the clubhouse. This townhome has been updated and offers a bright beachy atmosphere for your Seabrook Island holiday. 736 Spinnaker features light hardwood floors and remodeled kitchen, sunroom, and bathrooms. The open living area has floor to ceiling windows allowing light to stream. The blue and white furnishings invite you to relax while spending time with your family and friends. Enjoy the 48" HDTV. In the evening you can log in to your Netflix account. You can also use the DVD player to watch your own movies. Gather around the wicker dining table while enjoying a meal prepared in your renovated kitchen. The kitchen boasts white cabinetry, granite counters, hardwood flooring, and stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of space for multiple chefs to work together. A full size washer and dryer are available for your use. Barbecue on the gas grill while enjoying a cool drink around the table on the deck just off the kitchen and dining area. Connecting to the kitchen is a sunroom with a full size sleeper sofa, cushioned wicker seating and a fun beach decor. This is a great space for the kids to play a game or to enjoy quiet conversation with your guests. There is a bedroom on the 1st floor and an adjacent full, renovated bath. The bedroom has a queen four poster bed, a twin trundle bed with bright coral and white decor, HDTV, and opens into the sunroom. The bathroom is just steps away and features a beautiful vanity with granite countertop, stone tile flooring, and a shower/tub. Head upstairs to the 2nd bedroom which has a king bed, reading chair, HDTV, and access to two sun decks. One of these decks has views to the ocean where it meets the Edisto River. There is a large walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom has a separate vanity area and a large tiled shower. *Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House Bohicket Lounge and Palmetto Room restaurant, golf, tennis, pickle ball, and equestrian center. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. Up to (1) dog welcome! An additional fee applies. This lovely Spinnaker Beach House has it all - great location, ocean glimpses, a bright and cheery decor, and renovated kitchen and baths. It is the perfect home for your Seabrook Island vacation! Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement. SI Business License 2023-0630

Great stay, the house was very comfortable for 4 adults. The door was very hard to open and lock, the storm door was broken and not the kitchen was not well equipped. The location was an A +, the living room and dining room very nice and accommodating! Overall a very nice stay on Seabrook.

When we first arrived the weather took a turn for the worse and temps went down to the low 20's. Unfortunately, the pipes froze for one morning and the furnace shut down another day/night. Through all these unforeseen issues, the property manager did a great job of addressing the problems, keeping us in the loop and a maintenance person fixed both the frozen pipes and down furnace. We loved the location and the weather warmed for us to enjoy the beach and play golf. Our family had a great time and we enjoyed the stay.

This house is right across the street from #9 boardwalk so you can access the beach in minutes. House itself was spacious and nicely decorated. House has great separation of bedrooms for maximum privacy. Kitchen was well stocked with great appliances, serving accessories, and two coffee pots. Nice deck on main level with a grill. Master bedroom was spacious with two decks. We took our dog and she had a great time playing on the beach. Everyone on the island is very friendly. Booking the house and checkout were extremely easy. We took advantage of the free bike rental and that was a great experience. Wonderful way to see the island. We would definitely book again.

Nice property and great location. We loved our stay here. We did have one small little issue with a roach but it was resolved by property managment within a day. Master bedroom was super nice as well. everything was Light and bright.
Property management goes above and beyond to make sure everything is pristine for the guests.

Perfect Rental
This was our 5th time to Seabrook at Easter and this was our favorite place. The location can't be beat and the place was in great shape with all amenities. We will definately be staying here again.

Amazing Spring Break!
What a great week at Seabrook Island! This beach house was a perfect launching point for trips to the beach, pool, Bohicket Marina, and even a day in Charleston. Super short walk to the beach and pool can’t be beat. The beach house itself was perfect for our family with plenty of room for everyone. The house was immaculate and had everything that we needed for the week. The TV and blue ray came in handy on the rainy day. Everything in the house is well organized and labeled and there are lots of little touches that made it a great place to vacation!

We had a wonderful time on Seabrook and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Great location, short walk to the beach, and a clean updated interior. The kitchen had everything we needed. The deck was perfect for evening relaxing. A previous review mentioned no DVD or HD but they are there now. Looking forward to another trip out soon.

Everything you want/need for your beach getaway!
This property is nestled perfectly on the island with beach access directly across the street, and short walks (or bike rides) to the pool/clubhouse and other activities. The property has everything you need for comfortable vacation living! Open, spacious living areas are complemented by private bedrooms and a quiet den for a bonus, flexible space. The updated kitchen has everything you need from packing sandwiches and snacks for the beach to preparing a lowcountry specialty for dinner. The deck extends the living space outdoors for dining and grilling, too. Stackable laundry is hidden away inside and there is plenty of storage outside and inside for your gear. You can tell the owners pay attention to the details. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and well equipped house at the beach
We enjoyed a wonderful week in this perfectly located house in Seabrook Island. It is just few meters from the beach and is perfectly equipped for a family. The equipment of the kitchen is of high standard , which made the cooking and dining very enjoyable. In addition the house is very charming, tastefully decorated and very clean. Our kids didn’t want to leave anymore ! We can highly recommend this holiday house !

Beautiful beach house and perfect location!
Beautiful beach house and perfect location! From the moment you open the door this clean and updated villa welcomes you in. On our recent stay, we enjoyed great views on several of the outdoor decks and utilized the outdoor grilling and dining area for relaxing meals. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to find everything we needed and the Keurig was an extra bonus. After a day at the beach it was time to relax and the comfortable family room furniture was perfect! The bedrooms were very roomy and the beds super comfortable as well. There was plenty of storage for our luggage so was easy to unpack and make ourselves at home. We just left this amazing villa but we are already planning our next trip back. This villa was our favorite and can’t wait to return!

Perfect!!
This was our first trip ever to Seabrook Island and this house made it so amazing!! The house and location were perfect and made just relaxing very easy. The property was in the perfect location with beach access, club access for the pool, and ease of getting to and from the house. The house was very well maintained and had everything we needed. The furniture in the house and the way in which it was arranged made eating together as a family and relaxing to watch tv very easy. The kitchen was laid out well and had all the dishes, pans, and utensils we needed. The washer and dryer made it easy to pack less for the week and to maintain clean towels. There was not one thing we went to look for that we did not find. The labeling on the light switches made it very easy to know what switch would turn on what we needed. I could go on and on. Loved the key box, we actually did not take the extra key inside with us anywhere which was really nice. I have never taken a vacation where we rented a house before and after our experience with this house and Coastal Getaways I would certainly consider renting a house. I can’t say enough good about our experience.

Great place! Great location!
We spent a long weekend here in late winter and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the short walk to the club and beach. By taking the convenient sandy path, we were on Pelican Beach in less than 2 minutes! This villa was spotless and the kitchen well equipped - it even has new cookware. If you stay in this villa during the summer, check out the storage room in the carport. It contains beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and games. Even bocce ball. Plus it has a wagon for taking all this stuff to the beach. Love Seabroook and happy to have found this Spinnaker!

Great week at a relaxing resort in a wonderful home!
The home was beautifully appointed with lovely furniture, linens, and all the kitchenware you could ever need, even down to two types of coffeemakers and crackers for the crab legs we steamed. It was the most complete kitchen we have ever encountered in the many homes we have rented. The owner successfully anticipated what a guest would need for a fantastic beach vacation. There were beach chairs and umbrellas, a wagon, beach toys, a cooler, and even kites!
It was a perfect home for two couples, or in our situation, two couples and a toddler. The downstairs bedroom is more like a little suite with a door that closes off the hall to the bathroom and bedroom from the great room – very private. Thank you Coastal Vacations for arranging for the delivery of a toddler bed. It was there waiting for us when we arrived.
The location was perfect – less than a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk to a beautiful beach -- perfect for long walks, sunning, playing in the sand, flying kites, swimming and fishing. The Beach House pool and café is a short walk or a quick bike ride. Loved that this townhouse was an end unit. You almost forgot that there was an adjoining townhouse – very quiet and relaxed area – a family of deer visiting was a daily occurrence.
We had a wonderful week in Terry’s beautiful home, and look forward to staying again in the future.
