Spacious and bright with a Caribbean and Italian touch, the elegantly decorated Villa Gemelas has 850 m2. With 3 floors, it is a complex that consists of two villas and each one has: 3 BEDROOMS, 4 BT, Kitchen, Living Room, Patio, Garden, BBQ, Parking. FIRST FLOOR: large relaxing living room with large sofas and 42' TV + A/C; dining area; full bathroom; kitchen with all the equipment for cooking and eating; SECOND FLOOR: - 1 bedroom with 1 king size bed + bathroom + A/C; - 1 bedroom with 2 queen size beds + bathroom + A/C; - balconies overlooking the pool and patio. THIRD FLOOR: -1 bedroom with ocean view with 1 king size bed + bathroom + A/C; -Balcony overlooking the sea OUTSIDE AREA: -Patio equipped with dining room + BBQ. -Private pool -Bathroom -Patio/garden equipped with sun loungers. *The total price includes: Maid 7 hours per day; fast WI-FI; satellite cable television; water to drink throughout the stay; private parking; Private pool; 24/7 security; access to the beach equipped with sun loungers and umbrella at the best beach club in the area Villa Blanca Beach Club!! *The only additional cost will be electricity. Electricity is charged upon departure according to consumption (1 kWt = USD 0.50). The property is located close to everything needed. The beach is steps away, stores and restaurants are all in walking distance. The owner and staff are very available for as much as needed. We did encounter an issue with A/C that was inconvenient but they worked hard to resolve the problem. We would definitely rent this place again.

The property was beautiful, the location was amazing. Maybe 50 yards from the beachfront! Sebastian was amazing. He took care of any concern, reservation or need that we had instantly! Perfect spot for a bachelor party! Security gate keeps the local riff raft out! Some shower heads need to be replaced, but other than that house was perfect!

We were 4 families, 12 people in total. Our stay, thanks to Giovanni and his wife was excellent. There have set up transport from the airport for us and greeted us at the property when we arrived. Anything we needed was supplied. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool. Each day there was someone to clean the pool, landscape and the property. The house is VERY close to the private beach, about 200 feet walk if not less.

The property was definitely big enough to to accommodate our 10 person group of staff and family. It offered all the amenities that we could need, and it's only a few steps from the beautiful beach and excellent restaurants. I couldn't be happier with our stay, which the property manager, Luca, and the Dominican cook we booked made excellent meals. The owner, Giuseppe was an absolute pleasure to do business with. We will be back!
